I have ordered food from this place twice and both the times they haven't made it right . First time I ordered online and there was an issue with that ( I didn't complain) the next time I went in personally to make sure they get it right. I put me order in at 7:00 and told them I will be back at 7:20 as per there instructions. I went in at 7:30 and they hasn't even started the order , would understand if they were busy but they only had 1 table with people already eating . Always hit or miss but mostly a miss. On a recent trip, the naans were just flat lump of barely cooked flour. The owner's excuse was that the dough did not have enough time to settle. The tandoori grilled chicken legs were ordered were very tender, but with limited flavor (spice or salt). This probably only has three stars because of the location, but the food here was absolutely amazing and you can tell it was homemade. We had the beef Nahari and the goat korma and everything tasted very very delicious. The service is pretty great. You order at the front counter and then you sit down and your food is brought to you and then you pay at the front counter. The ambience felt great. There is wonderful music on the background and the restaurant is pretty clean and has nice little touches and elements of Middle Eastern vibes. read more

I've been coming here for over 2 years plus recommending clients to come. But today they have lost a customer for the lack of care for my time and how much I patronize this business. The fish masala is usually my go to but it has been very inconsistent in taste and quantity. Today I grab food on my lunch break the quality was not there and it tasted completely different then any other time. When I brought it to their attention the chef just stated he makes it the same. And they weren't as helpful with solutions. When I asked for money back she didn't give me my full refund and she took all of the food back. When the least she could have done as a courtesy is let me keep what I did have or at least the naan for wasting my whole break now I have to go back to working on clients hungry with no time to grab anything else. read more

Went here for lunch with a friend. I didn't know it existed. Ordered Beef Biryani, I am not a big fan of rice but it was okay. I won't describe it as being grand. I have had better. The beef had fat bits, and again I didn't like that texture in my mouth. There were no potatoes, a biryani with no potatoes just doesn't sit right with me. They did serve the raita- a yogurt sauce to settle the hot spice. It was watery and served in 2 plastic containers. Is yogurt expensive? Why is the raita always watered down. I will never understand that dilemma in these desi (native of the subcontinent) restaurants. Service was nice, Covid pandemic guidelines followed. Servers wore their masks, though I would recommend they should give customers complimentary sanitizer wipe packets at the end of their meals. I could not finish my food so took it home. I think they really focus on bringing them in for the lunch buffet and takeout orders so the fact that I was staying was out of the ordinary. Place your order and pay at the register, grab a table, and your food is brought to you. While I waited, some sort of silly Bollywood movie was on the television complete with subtitles. Hilarious. Food arrived and it was definitely a big portion. The "Chicken 65" starter was spicy and tasty. The chicken saag was a little bit on the bland side but it was hot and there was quite a bit of it. The naan bread was nice and crispy, burnt in the right places and doughy in the other right places. For less than $20 for a huge meal that had a ton of flavor and texture, it was good. Went here on a Sunday with a group of friends for brunch. Tried their halwa puri breakfast for $5.99/per person which was a steal. Everything was delicious. Our server a hijabi woman was very kind. The halwa and puris (2 per person) came with cholay, achaar, and raita. We also order chai and it reminded me of the chai they serve in Saudi. Everything was delicious. And the bathrooms were also clean. Food was so good we decided to come back and order dinner to-go since we were going to be in the area. Dinner did not disappoint either. We ordered the chicken malai boti, chicken biryani, goat korma, chicken makhani, naan, and the kheer. Everything tasted great. I place the food in the fridge immediately (didn't want to bother anyone with a sensitive nose) When I arrived home that night I place the food right in the fridge again, bag and all. The next day I decide to have it for lunch. I plated the food and heat it up in the microwave. As I am eating my dish, I chew on something strange... kind of crunchy... I spit it out and to my absolute despair, It was a ROACH! I was chewing a roach! I vomit all day (rest of the day) and the following day. I threw up so much the muscles on my neck were sore. I will never forget the sensation of that insect in my mouth. The worst: The restaurant manager told my uncle (who call them for me) that I was probably lying. That my experience did not happen. Ordered from Postmates and rice and naan were left off of my order. When I called to let the restaurant know, the girl who answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude to me and hung up in me. I was in no way rude to her, but was trying to understand why what the restaurant offers (rice or naan with entree) is different from what the Postmates menu says (rice AND naan with entree) and why I got neither one. I called back and again, showing incredible restraint, explained to the girl that I wasn't rude and wasn't trying to blame her, just trying to explain the confusion. Buffets are a gift from God, especially when you're hungry, freezing cold, and in need of some cheap respite. Luckily, I had local tour guide Alexa G to show me the way to Lahore Grill, which I certainly wouldn't have found on my own. The space itself is kind of bare, well, um.. really bare. All of the tables are large, so if it had been busy I would expect that couples would likely end up making communal tables out of these giant things. The buffet was great, and despite there only being a few people there, I noticed that they kept rotating in fresh dishes often to keep things tasty and hot. Our server was quite friendly and helpful, checking in on us often and refilling water glasses. Our hot chai took a long while to come out, but once it did it was super strong and tasty. The food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. All in all, it was a delicious meal and if I lived closeby I'd definitely be a regular. read more
