Miscellaneous side dishes, Picanha and some sort of hind quarter meat.

Food is great. Would be nice to have descriptions of the dish for us non Brazilian folks. It is not a buffet, it is Buffett style but you pay by weight. Friendly folks work there, but don't speak a lot of English and I don't speak Portuguese...but my Spanish got me decently through it. Quality fresh made food at a reasonable price!

Simple quick eats with just the right amount of selections. The meats are cooked perfectly.

What you are looking to know: Weekends are 13.99 Weekdays 11.99 No lunch special deals, one flat cost. They have a take out option but it can easily cost you $20 for 2 lbs. Dine in to save $$$ What i love is that their simple items get changed up. So if you go everyday it won't be the same. I personally think sometimes their meats can be a bit dry and overly seasoned. But this can be a personal preference, I tend to not eat a lot of salty foods or add a lot of salt to my cooking as well. Has more seating but can get a bit crowded, suggest coming early.

Buffet style Brazilian. Quality of buffet was excellent and price for weekend buffet $13.99. Much better food and service than others.

Buffet style. Excellent quality for the price. $13.99 on weekends. Service was good as well. Much better than others in the area we've visited.

So this morning I had a very sad experience, I decided to go get a Marmita ( lunch to go box ) which contains rice beans, side and a meat for usually about 5 $ . Today I decided to get 2 hot meat choices from a hot bar for an extra 4$ expecting nothing but the best . Only to come home to Not cold , but stale old chicken from probably yesterday because it was definitely not fresh! So I paid basically 10$ for rice and beans and 2 pieces of thin stake ( hot meat choice #2 ). Which is definitely not what I was hoping to eat this morning especially since I just had oral surgery last week . Moral of my experience don't go in the morning when the first open for 2 reasons . # 1 they give you an ugly look when you walk in being the first people in the restaurant. #2 they will probably give you yesterday's leftovers . I'll leave some pictures below , oh and I went with my sister so that's why I'm showing you both our plates so 20$ to the trash . Oh before I forget I called and was told they NEVER serve yesterday's food and that I would get a call back that I'm still waiting for . I'll keep you guys updated

The food is excellent. They also have a bakery and supermarket in the same strip mall. Will definitely be back!

For a buffet restaurant. It deserves the five star because the staff was very nice and the food was pretty good!

Also didn't love paying the same price (by weight for meat and salads).

(I always get half sweet/half unsweet; just ask for "half-n-half" if you're cutting back sugar.) The wait staff treat everyone like regulars, and the kitchen staff keep the buffet full of delicious choices. The menu changes daily, so check the website if you're picky. I heard there's another JohnBoy's in Cartersville, I've never been there, but it's probably the same.

When I arrived, I grabbed a piece of chicken and it was already cold, so I decided to wait for them to bring out a fresh batch. Same thing with the chicken livers: cold and not refreshed the entire time we were eating. Near the end of the meal, I finally asked if they were planning to put out fresh chicken. I explained that I tried it when I got there (about 30 minutes earlier) and it was cold, and nothing had been replaced. The staff member said she could start working on some, so I waited. About 12 to 15 minutes later, they did bring out fresh chicken and fresh chicken livers, and honestly, when it's fresh it's actually pretty good. The mashed potatoes were another issue. They had a thick, crusty layer on top, and it looked like they dumped the old, dried-out potatoes from the previous pan over the fresh batch. I had to scrape off the crusty topping just to get to the fresh potatoes underneath. Overall, the food itself isn't terrible. The bigger problem is the way it's being handled. It felt like they were more focused on cutting costs and stretching old food than keeping the buffet fresh and consistent. My advice: if something you want looks like it's been sitting out too long, say something early before you sit down. If you wait, you may never see fresh food brought out.

Firstly, I want to share that I have celiac disease--a serious medical gluten allergy--as well as a…read moredairy allergy. Because of this, dining out, especially at a buffet, always felt nearly impossible to me. Nori Nori completely changed that perception. My first interaction with the restaurant was a phone call to ask whether they offered tamari. The hostess was incredibly courteous and immediately reassured me that they did. When I arrived, I was warmly escorted to my table, and the Chef/Owner--who I believe held both roles--personally came over to guide me through the menu items I should avoid. She also explained that many dishes could be prepared gluten-free and dairy-free so I could enjoy them safely. That level of care and attentiveness was both comforting and genuinely touching. Now, onto the food... They offered veggie and salmon rolls, refreshing cold salads, and hot dishes such as Oriental Fish, steamed snow crab legs, seasoned scallops, and some of the fluffiest white rice I've had in quite some time. At one point, I had a question about a particular dish, and before I could even worry, the Chef was right there to help. She kindly steered me toward another wonderfully fragrant option that was safer for me to enjoy. Her attentiveness felt incredibly sincere--like someone truly invested in making sure I had both a safe and memorable dining experience. That small gesture meant more to me than I can fully express. Living with dietary restrictions means that something as routine as choosing a meal can be emotionally exhausting and potentially dangerous without constant vigilance. To make the experience even more thoughtful, the restaurant also provided plastic gloves so I wouldn't need to touch shared tongs or surfaces. Since I can react to contact with gluten-contaminated surfaces, this extra precaution made me feel genuinely cared for. And finally, dessert: sliced honeydew, cantaloupe, and CHERRY JELLO! It was the perfect ending to such a thoughtful, safe, and genuinely delicious dining experience. I can't wait to return again!

However, most of the servers were ignoring us not because they were serving other tables, but because they were watching the football game. I'd like to point out that we were not rude to anybody or any of the staff during this visit. I just think you guys should take accountability of your actions here. As for the cards that we receive after the meal, it is very confusing because one side is green. That states you were still eating and the other side is red that states you are done eating. Most Brazilian churrasco gives it to us at the Beginning of the meal. Which I would've preferred so they didn't clear our table while we were still eating. The servers also Carry around an iPad and they can see which tables are available. What I am assuming happened is nobody checked in our table, which is why it looked like it was available when we walked off to get our second plate. We also ended up paying at the counter instead of our table because like I said the servers kept ignoring us. When we did eventually flag one down, they acted like they could not to speak English and walked away. This was actually a few of the servers so yes, of course we're going to think that they don't speak English. Accountability is all I'm asking for when it comes to service. The people serving the food at the barbecue and the buffet were amazing. The only person that apologized to us was the host guy, when he gave us another table.
