We are always up for some good Indian food. Decided to go there on a Friday night. The restaurant was pretty empty and the guy sat us right next to a table with a screaming baby who also was jumping up and down and hanging over the partition, So... we took it upon ourselves to move one table over so the baby isn't hanging over our table (and it was clear that the mom and grandma was not doing anything about it). The initial server (also the one who sat us) kept asking if we are ready, but we keep telling him we are waiting for 1 more person to arrive and we will order together. Once she got there, we looked over the menu and placed our order. We started with the samosas, I ordered the Paneer Makhani and garlic naan, one friend order the vegetable biriyani, and the other I can't remember... The samosas came first and it was good, flavorful and delicious. Then the entree arrives, a different guy brought the entree, and when he dropped it off he mumbled something. We asked him what was the dish that he just brought and he turned around with an irritated look and said it again. Despite the subpar service (no water refills) and the irritated attitudes, the food was decent. Will I return to this place again? Probably not, there are other better Indian restaurants that I would rather go to.

The curry leaves and black seed make it incredibly fragrant, and the spices create a deep, complex flavor with a nice chili heat that's really unique. I'm so glad I tried this instead of the butter chicken. It's a lighter curry--not as creamy--but still incredibly rich and satisfying. Honestly, I'm surprised there aren't more reviews about it yet because it's a standout dish. And don't skip the mango lassi--it's absolutely delicious and the perfect balance to the spice. If you want a change from butter chicken, this dish is definitely worth trying!

Two people born in Tibet, who spent years in Tibetan communities in India, brought the food they…read moregrew up with to Metro Atlanta, and survived opening a restaurant just before a global pandemic. It seems like many Atlanta locals are confused about the cuisine differences between Tibet and Nepal, since both have their own versions of momos and thukpa. Tibetan food mostly focuses on warming and nourishing the body, rather than bold spices. While this restaurant doesn't have many of the barley, yak, and mutton based dishes that you would find in Tibet, the beef, veg, and chicken options are still hearty and handmade. While the momos here are wonderfully handmade, the flavors are not as bold as Nepali momos that many compare them to. And, that's okay because they are not meant to be bold. So before criticizing, you may want to check your facts. My favorite momo here are the leaf shape dumplings that even the most skilled dumpling makers have trouble folding. So they are difficult to find, yet shine here on the menu, hidden inside a momo soup dish. The dining room functions as a cultural gateway, thoughtfully decorated with traditional Tibetan prayer flags, mountain landscapes pictures, and sacred symbolic decor.

I really had it enough here…read more. My friend wanted a quick bite at Bhojanic since we both were at the Lenox mall last Friday. We each ordered the Amritsari fish pakora. It was a bit much for one person to finish the whole plate of fried fish nuggets but to be fair, I never have big complaints about the food here. What really cheeses me off is the doggone awful service here. If one reads my review of Bhojanic, the service has never been stellar. It is not even médiocre. From eye rolling diva attitude to the lack of service to the everything-takes-forever here. Last Friday finally got me all riled up. I paid for both of us after taking forever to find our server and got her attention to bring over our check. Our server disappeared with my credit card. Yes, she disappeared with my credit card for a very long time. She was not at the cash register near the entrance. She just vanished somewhere with my credit card. We finally got up and wanted to find a staff so someone could track down the server with my credit card. She must be kidding!! As expected, there was not a single restaurant staff on sight. By this time, I was fuming mad inside. Our server eventually reappeared. Lucky me right?!! I was so pissed (pardonez moi), I took the tray with my credit card from her, put a slash on the blank next to the "Tip" and tallied the total, signed and walked out while started calling Amex. Because I did not trust any staff who would take my credit card and disappeared out of my sight and for such a prolonged period of time, I asked the customer representative to cancel and replace me with a new card. I was supposed to receive my replacement card on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I have yet to receive my card. I just called Amex and was told it was held at FedEx and they could expedite another card for me. I told the representative it must be due to the Thanksgiving holiday and hence the delay. I would wait for a couple more days. So, no thanks to Bhojanic, I can't go Black Friday shopping with my platinum card :(
