A few years ago the business was sold and moved into the McCully Moiliili area of Honolulu. The newer location is much more convenient for me. There is a lot of parking as it shares parking lot with multiple other businesses and business offices including Fujiyama Texas Hawaii Kushi-Katsu. This location is much smaller compared to the previous location in Kalihi. Still, you will find the nicest ladies happy to provide superior service. One can shop from the clothing in store OR choose the materials and style desired and have something created for you. This week when I picked up my dress I could see the ladies busy making dresses for the young ladies graduating from Iolani School. Soon it will be for Hawaii's festivities for May's lei day. Then there are proms and graduations... I was told that their off the hangar collections will probably not get fuller until June or July. I am looking forward to returning then! For men I'm not too sure. To get a better picture of what fabrics they have the sales lady took us to the fabric room. Oh my I was in heaven. From ceiling to floor, rows and rows of fabric in every color you can imagine. We were looking for a white/off white color fabric. The sales lady busted out all these rolls to choose from. Then we narrowed it down to the specific print we liked. And presto we got our fabric for the shirt. She even cut us a sample fabric to match the design and color with any other outfits. I think my sister is planning to get a matching muumuu to change into after the ceremony. Then they have a matching outfit to where in the future! The staff was very helpful. Very willing to help meet our needs. Makes a bride to be feel very special for their special day.

My second dream home would be another 3-story non-haunted Victorian Mansion with an airy porch with flowers all over the place, and the interior would be decorated with stuff from this store: Muse Kailua. I know non-haunted Victorian Mansions do not appear very oceany but who cares! I love the stuff in here and you could probably incorporate a lot of their stuff with your current decor. My current decor is shabby messiness with a hodge-podge of clutter, mess, papers strewn about, Halloween decorations out all-year-long, paper receipts piling up in boxes, dried hibiscus seed pods cluttering up the counter and a pile of (fake) skeletons on the living room floor. No, again I am not kidding. Aside from this foolish decor in my house, the stuff in here is the stuff I dream about: a clean, uncluttered home, airy windows with white billowy curtains, home smelling like fresh lemons and decor from Muse Kaiula: seashells, floral plates, tropical oceany goodness, whimsical lovely items and dream-like girlyness. As I browsed around I do love their selection of items from dresses to tees all with such style yet comfort looking I was really tempted to try some on though it was close to closing I decided to come back on another day. Still enjoying so much they have here on the back wall are some home scents like candles and diffusers which was interesting as I took a whiff of them, and the Japanese Yuzu was the winner for me and what a huge bottle it came in making it a lasting scent though I do have plans to pour some it in a cute victorian type of tiny vase I purchased at a downtown floral shop. Looking further they have some cute totes as well like this mini flower bag where the handles are tucked under the other, and a unusual market bag "Hawaii is always a good idea" was really tugging on my love for bags, there's also jewelry in a showcase a bit too big for my liking so I decided to get just the diffuser only to see some hair clips that were just a perfect size and yes is super cute lol! As I decided to purchase that item as well the staff brings out a new one without the price on it which is fabulous as it hasn't been handled by others knowing that is very nice. She goes on to ask if I wanted a bag for $0.50 and with a diffuser I decided to purchase one and y'all I do recommend it as it's a cute canvas long strap sling type of bag very eco friendly and useable these kinda things does makes me giggle lol and why not! LOL! I wonder if anyone walks out with things from this place? The vibe of the whole shop is so nice and very organized making browsing so easy and dangerously tempting as I found myself selecting several items and finding out that some were actually on sale as well...ohhh love a sale!
