She made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed and loved my experience with her. She constantly checked on me and offered pieces I didn't think I would like. She really exemplified awesome customer service. She and the other gal working were very nice. I was very happy with my experience and also that I was able to find items that I liked and fit well. I was excitedn to find a few things to purchase. They do have a good selection of merchandise as well. Some items are a little pricey but I found that they are worth the quality. Shopping in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. Lexbreezy had a super long line of customers at the Made In Hawaii Festival a few months ago. I've seen the Instagram posts of their clothing, but never had a chance to look upclose at the styles and fabrics. We were going to lunch in Kailua - next door at the new Oh My Grill - and noticed that Lexbreezy is right here! Wow! With free parking, it's so easy to stop by after a meal. Unfortunately, we took too long to eat and Lexbreezy was closed. I drove back to Kailua and got a chance to look around the cute shop! I liked the prints, but didn't care for the styles. For example, rompers are too inconvenient for me to wear. I'll stop by in a few months and check the merchandise. Maybe new items will come out for the holidays... I noticed a dressing room - it will come in handy since there might not be any returns/exchanges accepted.

Gillia is a cute shop clustered among many others along Hekili Street and was just fascinated with the selection of items that are found here as I love the huge centerpiece table that takes majority of the central space in the shop lays out various accessories from hats to jewelry and even some plates...or perhaps trays or items for display. Their clothing are beautiful though those weren't my vibe the staff there are very nice and helpful while I browse around enjoying it all. Parking is available in the back which is free though is sharing with a few other tenants along with restrooms but I do prefer street parking as it's a quick and short walk to my retail therapy and a joy to support these wonderful small and local biz. As I browsed around I do love their selection of items from dresses to tees all with such style yet comfort looking I was really tempted to try some on though it was close to closing I decided to come back on another day. Still enjoying so much they have here on the back wall are some home scents like candles and diffusers which was interesting as I took a whiff of them, and the Japanese Yuzu was the winner for me and what a huge bottle it came in making it a lasting scent though I do have plans to pour some it in a cute victorian type of tiny vase I purchased at a downtown floral shop. Looking further they have some cute totes as well like this mini flower bag where the handles are tucked under the other, and a unusual market bag "Hawaii is always a good idea" was really tugging on my love for bags, there's also jewelry in a showcase a bit too big for my liking so I decided to get just the diffuser only to see some hair clips that were just a perfect size and yes is super cute lol! As I decided to purchase that item as well the staff brings out a new one without the price on it which is fabulous as it hasn't been handled by others knowing that is very nice. I've been a Vintage Mu'u collector for 10-15+ years and I was super excited to see their selection of Vintage Mu'u! I took a Lyft to get to South Street from Ala Moana and I was dropped off across the street so I was a bit disoriented at first lol. I had to make sure I was walking in the right direction since there wasn't a big flashy sign. I love the humble lit up sign that said "Alterations" in the window and once I saw a mannequin in window dressed with beautiful Vintage Mu'u, I knew I hit the vintage jackpot lol! It was an adorable store with vintage Knick knacks, accessories, jewelry in glass cases, an alteration station with fabric as you walk through the door, then another section filled with racks of Vintage Mu'u of every size, along with Tops, Palaka Shorts and I also noticed some Outerwear too. I was so excited that I hit the ground running and checked out every rack with my size and collected a good 8-10 or so Mu'u to try on. (I mean I am from Maui so I can't frequent this place much lol!) There were 2 humble dressing rooms with a small basket in the corner for your shoes and belongings. I loved the selection and most of all: the prices. They had vintage 80's-90's to maybe 60's-70's. I did see some rare vintage priced at $150-200+ but for the most part, reasonably priced for carefully curated vintage. I found 3 Mu'u at the end of my Vintage Haul. I scored a Black and Red Manuheali'i Dress (which aunty said everyone adored when it came in so that was definitely a score!) for $110 and 2 other Mu'u's, one was a Made in Hawaii with front bib detail in a cream color for maybe $40 and another Blue Andrade Mu'u for $45. This was definitely worth coming down from Maui. I will definitely be back on my next Oahu trip! The Aunty Owner and her daughter were the sweetest!

The sales clerk would not give my a merchandise credit even it was clearly a SOHA Living item marked $35.80 with NO red line! She said since I did not have a gift receipt or know my daughters girlfriends name so they could look it up, there was Nothing she could do!!! Really? I asked for the supervisor/manager! That's when Rita came to the counter, again asking me all those same questions that I didn't know! Why should it matter?? I have your merchandise, not marked down!! Plus, I showed her a 1/2 page advertisement that was in the newspaper stating "After Christmas SALE up to 70% off". I had come in on 12/26 and there were only signs of 50% off! When I asked, what was 70% off, the girl at counter said it was online! But she couldn't find anything online that was 70% off! So very misleading! FALSE ADVERTISING!! So when Rita said she had to call her manager, I told her to ask about the ad! Well, Rita returns and finally gives me a gift card for $35.80. No tax? I'm sure all my credits have included the tax!! Also, she didn't talk to anyone and just decided to do " the right thing" But claimed she did not give me a hard time!
