Great comedy club with an even better staff. As far as club food goes this is one of the best menus, incredibly diverse and reasonably priced. They make it really easy to have a solid dinner and a show!

Laffs is still Tucson's premier venue for standup comedy! The comics that have been rolling through have been phenomenal. Tucson has access to such a great entry point to standup comedy with this club! Top tier comics coming to you in an intimate but exciting setting. The staff are top notch and absolutely kill it each weekend. There is a full food menu (I think their French dip is the best in town) that has plenty of options alongside a full bar. Be sure to grab a drink from their house bartender, Dingo! I have gone with sober friends and they have also had a very good time. I love attending the open mic on Thursdays which is free entry and a two item minimum. You can see up to 40 comics do 3 minuts of comedy each. Even better, YOU can sign up, just be sure to get there early to sign up. The weekend shows are great for date nights, group outings, or just to come and see live touring comics. Live comedy is so fun to see and this venue is the perfect setting! Laffs is truly a club that has something for everyone! Be sure to checkout their website to see the upcoming acts. https://www.laffstucson.com/

Such a fun place! I was very apprehensive about going, but left pleasantly surprised! It was not cheap at all (and we only got apps and drinks) but tickets, food and drinks really add up. It is worth it for a fun night out every once in a while, though. The food and service were awesome. The seating arrangement is a little strange and could use some work, but not awful. I definitely recommend going, and can't wait to go back!

Overall this was a good first experience. There was definitely variation of comics and that was good. It gave me the option to really laugh with some comedians more than others. The service was attentive and quick. Our table did have an issue with the wings being cold but the server got a second order out, it just took until close to the end of the line up. The drinks were solid and consistent and the bar leading in was a cool spot to chat before heading in.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We were greeted by a giant statue of a unicorn zebra and of course took a selfie. We then went to the bar area and absolutely loved the dark speakeasy vibes. Burk, the handsome man with a shiny head, was at the bar. He handed us a drink menu that contained fun drink names like Death of a Unicorn. The drinks tasted good and had a lovely presentation. Mine even came in a zebra mug. We also learned that this bar has both an upstairs and downstairs area. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and headed home. This place left such an impression that we have been back two times since. On another occasion we had Nate the bartender. He had a lovely personality and accommodated all of the guests that came in near closing. We enjoyed Santa's Banana Hammock and Unicorn Ski Accident. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem. I look forward to seeing where this place goes. It has a ton of potential for special events with the basement area. P.s. It's also a boutique hotel. You could always book a room and enjoy dreams downstairs without having to drive

It's kitsch and offbeat, maybe even offputting if you think too hard about the legacy of that family, but it's anything but boring. What I love: They're big on doing their own infusions. You absolutely must try Pam's Spicy Lemonade--Hornitos with thai chili and mint. I've also had coffee-infused liquors here before that you'll rarely find anywhere else. I'm not a smoker, but I get stoked for their enclosed smoking patio with a couple old arcade cabinets (I like Centipede!) What I like: There are like, really cheap simple cocktails with the creativity to make some unappealing, bottom shelf liquors taste palatable. Those aren't my usuals, but I'm always intrigued. I will shamelessly have a couple $3 High Lifes. There's only one big bar in the center of the lobby, but service is generally fast. It's dimly lit and can be tightly packed, but you'll still have fun. Good for date night or groups of four or less. No food, but once in a blue moon you'll find a truck parked out front. Overall, a solid Tucson staple.

Maybe not even just…read moreTucson--this is the best of the best you can find through the entirety of Southern Arizona! These drinks are innovative, thoughtful, and aesthetically pleasing in a way that leaves you excited for more and expands one's idea of a well-made libation. Inspired by a medley of global flavors, Juniper started off as a side project from a local brewery and unexpectedly exploded into a swanky hangout with zero seats left open on weekend nights. Yes, virtually everything on the menu is gin-based. But that shouldn't scare you away! Gin is essentially a neutral spirit infused with botanicals and/or citrus, so if you had a bad experience with one brand, there will be another out there you'll fall in love with. Elliott, the General Manager of the bar, elevates the passionate curation of his menu to perfection. Here are some examples of what you might fall in love with: Balzy Maracuya: A 'maracuya' is a passion fruit beverage originating from South America. In this drink, fruity flavors are enhanced with popping boba filled with balsamic vinegar. Botanist: Upscale gin and tonic with thyme, rosemary, and star anise. Cronus Punch: Rum punch lovers will be blown away by the rare sighting of clarified gin On special ocassions, you'll find limited edition items like gin sorbet affogatos and horchata martinis. At the turn of each new year, there's a menu rotation that may sadly remove some of my faves. But here, at Juniper I can guarantee two things: Something uniquely enjoyable, and a gracious staff that will be happy to explain the intricacies of lesser-known spirits on the shelf. In 2026, I predict it will remain one of Tucson's hottest cocktail hangouts.

Came here for girl's night and it was everyone's first time even at the restaurant but mine. I'd had dinner a couple times in the restaurant for my birthday and had the cheese wheel fettuccine alfredo. I asked if anyone was interested in trying it and so 3 of us split it which ended up being pretty perfect. It is hands down THE BEST fettuccine alfredo. We had many drinks come to our table, the first round being the homemade limoncello. Made with local Meyer lemons, it is deliciously potent. A must try. The bartender, Ryan or Brian, he made cocktails from the heart. A couple of gals ordered "dealer's choice" drinks and they were inspired by the drinker's stories. It was really a unique experience for them and I could almost see his mind working out the chemistry of the libations. Another must try, although I didn't because I had to drive myself home. I did have a coffee with Bailey's, Amaretto, and freshly-made whipped cream. Last must try if not on a coffee drink maybe on a dessert. One person in our party thought that the drinks were on the spendy side. Many of the ingredients were house made and all top shelf. I'm from Los Angeles so an $18 drink was a normal night at the klerb. Worth mentioning if that would be a deal breaker. Worth a go. I thought it was better than the speakeasy at the Sonoran House which was too bright and not intimate. You really like feel more like you're not where you're supposed to be at The Still. There is a curio cabinet with cigars that I think are for sale. The speakeasy opens up to the patio for all the smoke suckers. Great for a small groups or date night, maybe not the first date.
