I personally really like the lunch sets, which i think are a good deal and taste pretty good. i also think they do bread really well here, so keep that in mind if you order some dishes with curry the only thing i would advise these guys is to serve the salad for the lunch set on the side. there is way too much water in the greens, and it tends to make the rice and the curry watery. on the other hand of things, the heat from the curry and the rice sort of 'cook' the greens, which really changes the taste of the greens themselves (worse). serving it on the side would solve both problems

The lime soda was $6, which is pretty expensive and I didn't like the flavor very much. The korma paneer was good but a little sweet for my taste. She was very pleasant and kind throughout our entire experience. The dining room is so cute, and there is plenty of seating. I got the chick'n tikka wrap with fries and a mango milkshake. I enjoyed my wrap, the sauce was amazing. The fries were delicious, too. They let you pick the seasoning level which I thought was very nice- they were perfect. The star was the mango milkshake- a bit pricey for being so small at $9.99, but it was so delicious and perfectly sweet. I'm still craving it now a few days later. My friends got the Dubai Chocolate milkshake and we are begging for it to be apart of the permanent menu! It was so good and had nice little crunchy pieces inside. If you're looking for vegan food, definitely check this out! However, if you aren't vegan like myself, I would still highly recommend. I will definitely return in the future.

Big plus is being able to see the food and know what to expect, ain't with a description. For someone who is indecisive, like me, It made deciding what to order much easier! Pro: vegan ingredients that don't lack in flavor, they serve beer/cider, had their own kombucha, vegan ice cream/soft serve, and it's an environmentally conscious restaurant Con: display case of desserts but the ooey gooey butter cake (vegan) had mold on top of it, tofu dish was luke warm, and there was minimal/if any full front of house staff so people had to ding a bell to get their attention (which can become a bit irritating for dinning in customers) Would like to try again, but will probably stick to the lions mane crab rangoon wontons and a shake or soft serve dish.

Stevie was my server that night and she provided friendly top notch service. I ordered a spicy margarita for my cocktail. I was a little disappointed with the drink. It was very cucumber forward, had a nice heat, but lacked that signature lime flavor and tartness required of a good margarita. The brussel sprouts and cheese grits were a must try for me. The pork chop was the perfect entree to accompany these sides. The brussel sprouts were charred and crispy. The balsamic glaze paired nicely with the charred flavor. The pork chop is served in a very generous portion juicy and tender. The citrus sauce paired nicely with the pork. The cheese grits were creamy and delicious. All in all a delightful meal. The portions were generous enough for me to have hearty meal of leftovers the next day. The menu is fairly concise with burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, beer/pork/chicken entrees, and salads. They have something for just about everyone. The appetizer menu offers loaded brussel sprouts with bacon balsamic and feta. This would have been too much to tackle by myself. I plan on bringing my friends next time to share this dish.

Followed that with their Chicken Cheesy Philly steak sandwich. Surprised how stuffed the French bread was with chopped chicken, onions, peppers and a spicy cheese sauce. Very unique Philly steak sandwich in my opinion. Very worth trying. My wife had the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese which she thoroughly enjoyed. Just the right amount of food for us both that evening. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and fairly quiet. We had tried the restaurant when it first opened but I see a big improvement which just goes to show you should give places a second chance. You hopefully will be pleasantly surprised.

I'm not sure what this place even is, despite having dined there yesterday. It serves breakfast,…read morelunch and dinner, and doesn't seem to specialize in anything in particular. It's in a weirdly large building that looks like a place where you'd go to get lasik surgery. I visited after a run on a day where the heat index was like 109, so I didn't spend that much time inside, just enough to drip sweat all over the front counter and the floor in the vestibule. We sat outside in an area that seems like the place where you'd pull up and unload your luggage at a hotel. A member of our group says she once attended some sort of Xmas pop-up in the basement here where you were charged a cover and then expected to pay for drinks and pizza, so... uh, caveat emptor. We ordered at the little bar up front, but I'm not sure if that's also the case if you dine inside. These places always flip out when there's umpteen different people ordering separately, because they only have but so many of those numbers you set on the table so they know where to bring your food. It ended up not being an issue with us, because who else was going to engage in al fresco dining during a heat advisory? This place serves pizza, but it didn't look that good in the few photos I saw. Granted, food often looks like crap in Yelp photos. Also, there's an emphasis on '90s-style health food, organic ingredients and what have you. There's a Salmon BLT that's featured prominently that seemed like it might be the thing to get, but I didn't know enough about this place to be ordering fish, and I'd already been meaning to eat a bacon cheeseburger for the past several days. Maybe next time. There is no bacon cheeseburger as a separate menu item unto itself. I figured I might just order a cheeseburger and add bacon, but I'm not sure if that's an option, and this wasn't a regular cheeseburger. It had a few different weird cheeses on it, spinach and maybe some other things. Then I saw the Dill-bert, which seemed like it might be really good. It has, among other things, dill Havarti cheese (whatever that is), avocado, and of course, bacon. It's served on a wheat bun, which, whatever. Its name is not a tribute to Scott Adams, as far as I know, but this is Ballwin. The Dill-bert did not disappoint. No Diddy. The beef comes from one of those special farms where the cows are all given names as if they were human beings, groomed on a daily basis by trafficking victims and read bedtime stories, and you really can taste the difference. It's a better quality meat. It's also expertly prepared. It's well-seasoned and cooked until it develops a nice char on the exterior. It was a bit more done on the inside than I require, but that may have been unavoidable. For a side, there was an option of tater tots cooked in an air fryer, like if your mom was feeling lazy. I didn't see any french fries, but maybe I'm going blind. I ordered a side salad, which is my thing these days. Sometimes they're surprisingly good, and a french fry is a french fry, unless you're at McDonald's. This one was pretty good, but it was definitely on the health-food side of things--very fresh and lightly but sufficiently dressed with something citrus-y and not too oily. Oh, and I was duped into purchasing a whiskey sour slushie. It just seemed like it would be so refreshing. It must have cost nearly as much as my meal, given what my bill came out to. They must think I'm a sucker. Did they receive advance notice of my visit? It did kinda hit the spot, and I probably got drunker than I would have otherwise, because I was suffering from a minor heatstroke, so there was that.

You can also find traditional steak and chicken dishes if that's more your thing. I like YaYa's because the atmosphere and food alike feel elevated yet still approachable. Service here is full-service and polished - bordering on fine-dining. Servers wear button down shirts and a tie. Although there's no strict dress-code enforced, most people dining here will be a bit dressed up depending on the occasion they're celebrating. You'll be just fine in nice jeans here too. We frequent for date night and don't veer far from the Chicken Gnocchi appetizer, Spinach Salad, Chicken Penne, Shrimp Risotto, and Filet. Their Scallops dish is good here too that comes with Saffron Orzo. They will bring out delicious bread and Baba Ghanoush at the beginning of your meal. I could make a meal just out of the Baba Ghanoush it is addicting! The Chicken Gnocchi is an appetizer but could easily be an entrée. The chocolate soufflé dessert takes about 30 minutes so be sure to tell your server ahead of time if you have something sweet in mind. The Buttercake dessert is good as well but super rich. We went for dinner last night and could tell something was off with both the Front-of-House and Kitchen. Lights on higher than normal, staff members appeared a bit frantic including the host, and the food did not visually look how it normally comes out nor did it taste exactly right. Some things oversalted. I don't want to rate 4 stars instead based on yesterday's experience since overall we've had a 5 star experience the past years coming here but this night specifically felt subpar. They may be going through a staffing shortage which is tough and we understand.

They have a good sized parking lot and it was easy to find a close spot. First, a big thank you to the manager for setting us up in the private dining room. That really made our dinner so incredibly special. I would really like to bring a group here to enjoy that space. Our server was Alex and she kept our wine glasses full and the plates of food coming. Our meal was paced well. She took very good care of us. Our friend ordered the mezze plate which included pita points, crackers, whole rainbow carrots, and celery with three dips that included whipped feta, hummus, and a red pepper hummus. They also brought out their delicious fresh bread with baba ghanoush. The bread is so perfect that it doesn't even need any type of spread. I ordered the side spinach salad, which was a refreshing way to start my meal. I decided on the five cheese pizza with olive oil and it was very good and very rich. I was only able to eat two slices. My dining companions ordered pizza and pasta dishes. Everyone was very happy with their meal. I concluded my meal with a phyllo wrapped brownie that came with chocolate sauce, fresh raspberries, and cream. It basically looks like a brownie burrito. It's quite decadent and I enjoyed it. My dining companions ordered an after-dinner, espresso drink, and another friend ordered the bread pudding, both with happy outcomes. I'm looking forward to coming back to try brunch.

Despite being near the highway, the view from a booth is not bad, with some rolling hills in the distance. The service was timely and attentive. We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. The interior has a dark steakhouse feel with a lot of wood materials and the edges of whiskey barrels on the wall as decoration. A great environment to unwind, have a drink, and fully enjoy the meal. The food itself was exactly as ordered; a medium-rare ribeye with creamy risotto and broccolini. I don't frequent steakhouses very often, so I may or may not be back for that reason alone. It did make for a pleasant and memorable birthday dinner!
