The girl who was working the fitting rooms was polite and working very hard. The one cashier Bryana was extremely rude. Its obvious this girl dislikes her job. Im sure the store is running on bare minimum staff, but that is not a reason to be abrasive to customers. Most people shopping for prom is a once...maybe twice in a lifetime experience. Please dont act irritated when you are doing the job you were hired to do. Greeting customers, answering questions & helping others is a job requirement. The product quality and value for the clothes is extremely reasonable for Reno, but there are many dress shops in the area that people can go to and if the employees at Windsor are like Bryana, people do have other options for their shopping experience.
