I checked in and took a seat. After about 25 minutes, not a single patient had been called back. Finally, an elderly gentleman approached the receptionist to ask whether his paperwork had been faxed over. She told him it had not. Frustrated after waiting so long, he commented that they were incompetent and left. The moment he walked out, the receptionist loudly announced that they had made a mistake and actually did have his paperwork. Another patient pointed out that he had just walked out the door. Instead of going after him or trying to call him back, the receptionist responded, "I DON'T CARE!" She repeated several times that he had been rude, so she didn't care. She then laughed with another patient about how many rude patients they had that day. It was upsetting to watch. This was an elderly man who had waited patiently, only to leave because of the staff's mistake. Rather than correcting the error, they simply dismissed him. By this point, about 40 minutes had passed, and only one person--who had an appointment--had been called back. Then a pregnant woman arrived for a time-sensitive glucose test. She was told the system had crashed and was sent away. After she left, the receptionist again began gossiping with another patient, making comments about people scheduling glucose tests just to get ahead in line. After waiting nearly 50 minutes, I had only seen one patient taken back. Then the staff announced that the system had crashed. By then, everyone who had been ahead of me had left to go elsewhere, so I would have been next. However, after witnessing how patients were being treated, it didn't seem like I would be seen anytime soon, so I left as well. Ironically, I received a text message from Labcorp saying they were ready for me--nearly two hours after I had checked in. The long wait was frustrating, but what bothered me most was the staff's attitude. Mistakes happen, and technical problems happen. However, showing no concern for an elderly patient who left because of your own error, openly saying "I don't care," and gossiping about patients in the waiting room is completely unprofessional. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and courtesy.

Never touched me, listened to my heart or lungs, looked in my ears or throat or anything. He Just sat behind his desk and ordered lab tests. Staff is TERRIBLE with no follow through. They are more interested in their cell phones than working. Final clincher was his rude brother Ned who left a very threatening phone message about an $11 balance due. When I called him on it and mentioned the thousands of dollars Dr Moasis had billed me and my mother's insurance, he apologized and said he was out of line. He repeatedly asked me to delete the phone message he left me. I sent a letter and copy of voice message translation to Dr Moasis but NEVER got any response. It seemed like Dr Moasis' biggest goal was to continually schedule return appointments for no reason at all except a "follow up" so he could bill my insurance. I know he is on his own now and starting up his practice, but his lack of organization and even the most cursory exam of me during my two year time with him is ridiculous. the unnecessary follow up appts just to bill my insurance were bordering on dishonesty. So glad I found another doctor who actually examined me and provided valuable input so I could resolve an ear issue I didn't even know existed that had been impacting my hearing for 3 years!. Thanks for nothing Kareem Moasis.

She has a beautiful smile and such a pleasant way about her. She put me at ease right away. Then there was Tony the blood man that draws your blood. He did what no one usually can do,find a vein the first time and not feel the needle at all. What a great way to start my 80th birthday. I hope you all get to have the same experience I did. This is my go to place. Blessings to all.

THE WORST!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!…read more Let me start by going back over a year ago for this loser place. During my annual exam, my doctor sends over the lab work orders for routine blood work, which always includes a fasting blood test. I show up all fasted, and my orders aren't there. It happened to be when my grandchildren were visiting, so I opted to come back another time. The following year, I showed up again, fasted and ready to go. Guess what? They didn't have the orders AGAIN! I was told that I had to call my doctor's office to get the orders!! I'm paying them, but okay, I have to do the work to track down the order. I called. The receptionist confirmed that orders had been sent over three weeks before my appointment, but she had me wait while they faxed them, and she verified they went through. I guess they've been through this before. I returned to the receptionist, and she told me that she hadn't received it yet. I checked again in 5 minutes, still nothing. Again in 5 minutes, still nothing. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to get their act together, I left. I had the bloodwork done at a different lab that wasn't covered by my insurance. Another doctor gave me paperwork to take to them for some pre-op work. I made another appointment, fasted, and showed up with paper orders. I didn't pay too much attention to the orders since there was really one test that was a follow-up from an abnormal reading from the earlier test. I was given a urinalysis cup, but I didn't pay attention to the blood tests they were running because I couldn't do that. When the results came in the next day, the one test my doctor needed wasn't included. When I looked at my copy of the orders, there was never supposed to be a urinalysis. I suspect that the receptionist misread the orders and ordered the urinalysis (which was the item below the test I needed) instead of the blood test I needed. I say suspect, because I can't get hold of anyone to verify this for me (including my doctor's office). My entire surgery could be at stake here if I don't get that blood test, but I can't find out what happened. This entire operation needs to be shut down.
