I needed to get blood drawn and my fertility clinic uses Labcorp. The phlebotomist who helped me here was so kind and competent. I barely felt a thing and she quickly filled all the vials. I liked how easy the mobile check-in was, and they didn't make me wait long which is nice. I like how they send an email before your appt with the address. Pricing is reasonable and they can bill your insurance first before billing you. Overall, 10/10. The people working there are really great and I'll go there again next time my clinic needs anything else. read more

I had an appointment on Wednesday through their labcorp website for this location. I was even able to check in online and everything. I had labs that really needed to be done that Christmas Eve according to my doctor. It was raining hard and very windy, but I drove all the way to this labcorp location as I was able to get an appointment. I was very disappointed since their location was close early according to the posted paper on the door. Whoever the manager and other management people on this location is not doing their job properly since they are suppose to update their system as well. All other labcorp had fixed their hours on their website / system EXCEPT THIS LOCATION. The manager /management on this location never updated and managed their website that made me drive here through the heavy rain. read more

Very nice front desk, but extremely limited pre-employment screening hours and very long wait. People were walking out because even if you make an appointment they can't accommodate you within an hour of your time Waited for well over an hour to be screened even though I arrived at 12:45 and there were only a few drug testing people arriving in their small 3 hour time frame. No soap in the bathroom! Another example of a Publicly traded company that wrings all money from the actual business to serve investors at the expense of operational quality. Arrived hours before closing, to be told to go stand outside. They have like 4 seats and if you don't get one in the waiting room, then you stand outside until your appointment, or someone acknowledges you. No way of knowing if your name is called or they're going to skip your appointment. Several others asked the office attendants to verify they received their lab orders before standing outside for hours, and the facility refused to tell them and said they're short-staffed and need to wait until their name is called. I totally understand being short-staffed, I can't say I understand wasting people's time or having people having labs drawn for various reasons wait outside in the heat with no benches or seating. read more

They have no idea what they are doing here. The most incompetent lab technicians I've ever come across. This location needs to be shut down and all employees need to be retrained immediately. These technicians are unable to put in basic labs and it took them over an hour to input my orders my doctor had already laid out for them. By the time they were even remotely close to being finished, I had already missed the window to take my medication for the day. And these were BASIC labs like CBC, CMP, etc. Never again will I go to this location. read more

Since the other Labcorp at Graybill was closed for "holidays"? This gets a bit busy. So making an appointment ahead of time really helps. The location is clean and the chairs are slightly spaced out for 3+ feet away in the waiting area. The staff/lab/technicians are very nice and they are efficient yet treat me like a person, not just another body for blood sample. First time here because the other one temporary closed down, but overall, happy to visit this place in the future. read more

FIVE STARS for the gals who work at this office! They are friendly, helpful and professional and know their job. BUT, this is for Labcorp corp.....GET THESE WOMEN SOME HELP! Luckily today there were 3 people working because they brought in someone to 'help out'. But this office is way too small, the toilet was plugged up and it was over an hour wait WITH an appointment. Shame on Labcorp for not taking care of the employees AND the patients. What a horrible experience. We sat in the car and waited because people were coughing and clearly sick and the people were sitting shoulder to shoulder. This is unnecessary. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. Cheers to the wonderful women at this location. I'm sure there is quite the turnover because nobody could work under these conditions for very long. Hard to find location - so allow extra time. TINY waiting area you must go in to check in (their checkin from car on app said go inside to checkin) and must also pass thru waiting area to get to testing. Says3 people Max on the door but of course, 6 people in there when I came and staff said nothing to them about waiting outside. Lab tech was super chatty, then dropped my gauze on her chair but still applied the "dirty" side to a fresh puncture on my arm. This Labcorp has recently received a makeover! Everything is fresh and clean, and the chairs where you sit to have blood drawn are super snazzy. The receptionist is sweet and kind, and the phlebotomist is skilled at painless blood draws. Everyone wears masks. You enter the office, sign in on the kiosk, and wait inside on one of the socially-distanced chairs, or, if indoor capacity has been reached, on a bench outside or in your car (they will text you when it's your turn). I had an appointment at 1:45 they're busy so i understanding waiting. i live three minutes down the street. i type this at 2:30 for reference. even with an appointment it was still almost an hour to actually get seen. front desk lady was sweet at first then changed her attitude real quick over a miscommunication she could have easily avoided. i had to take a urine sample & was obviously needing to use the restroom. she said "when the restroom is available you'll be next to use it she'll call out when the bathroom is ready." i'm thinking she's calling out to let the next person know it was vacant. nothing was ever said to me about not using the bathroom even with it being vacant. i saw this man exit the restroom so i give it a couple mins to wait for a "call out" & the restroom was still wide open. so what would any other person think? to take my chance to use it thinking it's okay. i come out of the restroom one of the nurses Bri was so rude to me. tells me that "i wasn't supposed to use the restroom because they were in the middle of a drug screening." i explained i was told i was next to use the restroom when the last person was done. she replied with "nope absolutely untrue." sorry were you at the front desk when i was told this information? no. did you need to speak to me with such disrespect because you guys clearly can't put a sign on the restroom until AFTER the fact that this restroom is being used for drug screening? no. the point of this review is that whenever there is a miscommunication --you can be irritated but maybe don't show that in a professional setting. especially to take it out on a guest. they're usually so nice but today they were on another level. most likely cause they were busy. the nurse i had made sure to apologize to me about the wait & was sweet throughout the remaining process. that's the only reason this place would even get a 2 star. all i'm saying is do better with the clear communication ladies! you're supposed to make your guest feel welcomed not like they're stupid ! read more

Do not come here for pediatrics! We had a 9:30am apt and didn't get admitted until 10:30 even though when we arrived we were the only ones in the office. But that's not really the issue. I asked multiple times if they were able to due pediatrics and was told that it's not a problem. My son is 2 and 2 months and they kept saying that he was "too strong." There were three of them! After "losing the vein" on the first arm, they had to then try to "find the vein" on the second arm. I watched them poke him three times and then search for the vein under the skin with the needle. At that point both my son and I had had enough. I told them to stop because they couldn't find the vein. One of the ladies got all defensive and again said that it was because he was "too strong" and pointed on his arm where the vein was. I told them that I could see it too, but that they've tried three times and couldn't find it and I wanted to go somewhere else. Before all of this started I had asked them at the front if they were experienced with 2 year olds and they said yes. If they had been honest and said that he was younger than they were used to, I would've happily rescheduled at another location. Instead, I had to watch them uselessly hurt my child because they were too proud. read more

The minute I walked in this older lady responded after I told her I had a 10 appointment she told me "no you dont" I was like yes I do. I had my confirmation number and while I was getting it she was arguing with me that she had her 10 am go in and that maybe I'm wrong. I showed her and it was a computer error on their website. I was frazzled at this point and wanted to just get my blood work done and leave. She never apologized and she is the reason I will not be returning to this location. Rude and argumentive front office staff!! The worst part is I hate needles and this just made the visit an even horrible experience.
