Lack of understanding during COVID-19. I went today for a drug screening. Peed in the cup but it wasn't enough or she didn't trust me I guess so she threw the urine away and made me wait till I can pee again. When I came out the office was full. Obviously I'm trying to social distance so I went outside. Came back in because I had the urge to pee. The lady at the front desk refused me no matter what I said. Now I have to delay starting my job because these people are stubborn and rude. read more

So I came here today as per my Dr.'s orders, upon arriving I was waiting in line, not evEn acknowledged or greeted. I checked in through the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. Chris then calls me up & reads over my paperwork and hands me a cup to pee in (without checking my insurance) then points me to thE bathroom. I then come out and doesn't allow me to hand him the urine sample but says "No, come to the front I need to talk to you about a yOUr insurance" I step out in to the waiting room at res WITH MY URRINE SAMPLE IN HAND (slightly awkward) then he says "we don't accept your insurance" & he turns away and returns to his computer,, then I proceed and ask where I may go that my insurance is accepted. He says "Quest" so I ask for an address, he rudely ignores me and a woman says the address to me. I thanked her. Chris was short, rude, & makes you want to never return here with his snobby attitude. He acts as if I disrespected him by coming to the wrong place. Try and avoid this place because of CHRIS! read more

WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!WARNING! If you like people screaming at you like your a little kid, and you like being told what to do like a child and being threatened to be thrown ot of the office, then this is the place for you. First off, I went in to get SIMPLE BLOOD WORK DONE, and the white lady with glasses behind the counter starts with her sarcastic tone of voice, "your coming in here awful late to be fasting" as if to call me a liar. I told her for her information I got up at noon if it were any of her business. I told her I am a grown adult and she is not my mother. She got very offended and told me to shut up. Then this big fat technician behind the counter got up as if to threaten me and I told him to sit down that he jabbed the needle in my arm the last time I came here and my whole arm was black for a week. They "needed" his help the last time I came there because they "claim" they couldn't find a vein so he comes into the room, sticks the needle into me and starts twirling it around until he got some blood. Then she got hostile and combative with me and said, "your getting very close to being thrown out of here". like I'm some homeless person. This behavior is totally unacceptable and I will not tolerate it. I wanted to say some select words, but bit my tongue because I am handicapped and told her I have a service dog. My friend left with the dog, but when I called my friend back, she got very hositile torward me and started screaming my name as soon as I got on my cell phone as if to stop me from getting a "witness" back into the clinic. As soon as the dog came into the place, she challenged my friend asking, "is that a service animal" when I already told her it was in my previous coversation with her it was indeed a service animal. Then she puts my gender as female on the sign in sheet. The technician who took care of me by the way was very professional, had no trouble with her and ironically just started working there a week ago. I would STRONGLY recommend another clinic to go to other than this LabCorp. There are plenty of them around who treat you like a human being and are worthly of LabCorps name. I filed a complaint with their head office as well. A few weeks ago, my friend also had issues with this person as well. We only go there for convienence and location, but if there were another one closeby and had convienent parking, we would go to that one.Hopefully she will be fired or at least reprimanded when the manager calls me back and I explain what a terrible experience I had with them. read more

Easy access and close to the 22fwy in downtown Orange by CHOC hospital. Parking was right out in front of the building and that was cool...no structure or pay parking issues to deal with. Once I got inside it was literally like 5 minutes before I was able to take a piss test....quick and easy...just what you want. As a bonus was cool because you get to do it in a locked bathroom without an attendant standing over you and meat gazing you. He waits outside the door. Before you give your sample you lock your valuables up real quick in a locker. Its all very straightforward. read more

My wife made me an online appointment for me. It was for 3:30pm for a pre-employment drug screening. I arrived at 3:25 and checked in,the lab already had patients waiting before me. Well I found myself looking at the clock and it's now 4:05 and I haven't been called yet,and every patient that was waiting before me was now gone. The worse part is that a couple walked in after me,and his wife was immediately called in,her husband asked me how long have I been waiting?,I said I have a 3:30pm appointment,he than tells me that his wife is a walk in without an appointment,I then asked the worker at the desk that I had an appointment since 3:30,what's going on? He than replies,"their is only one worker that can do urine drug screenings and she is busy". Last time I use this Labcorp location.In the end I walked out 45 minutes later for a procedure that lasted 5 minutes tops. read more

I don't think the staff knows how to answer the phone. Been calling and listening to the WHOLE automated message just to get no answer. I just have a question. It's just a question. You're open right now, so why are you not answering your phone? Never been, and now I never will. read more

The huge guy that sits at the window was rude. His words of choice didn't have a lot of variety in explaining so we, patient had to ask to understand what he is saying. Of course his job is repetitive and not hard, but he lacks the communication skill and patience. RUDE! read more

Quick and easy. In and out in 5mins. Staff is extremely friendly and quick to get you out of there. The guy I had was pretty funny but he was talking to me as if I was a 9 year old which ticked me off a little. read more

Lately making an appointment is no longer useful. I have made my appointments, but when I get here to this location I've seen that walks in go in before me. Seating over 15 minutes after the time of my appointment has me thinking that the staff is not doing a great job on managing. I've been coming here over a year and this has been the second time they do this to me in a month. read more

This place sucks. The big latin guy at the front swears he is funny. The blond older lady is borderline rude. This place takes forever. Drug tests for work or school are only done between 1:30 and 4 pm. read more

I've always had really good, friendly service until today. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and didn't know her rear end from a hole in the ground. I'd never seen her before today and I come in regularly so I'm assuming she's new but there's nothing worse than a receptionist who is condescending and speaks to you like you're an idiot but yet has to ask me questions about the test because she doesn't know what it is. Then she called me to the front to tell me they didn't have any of the items needed for a certain test and didn't know when they would get any in. This place went downhill fast! She tried to tell me it was because there were non-lab workers who had given them all out this morning. Riiiiggghhhhtttt.....Keeping inventory isn't complicated and I know this isn't a common test. I might come back to this location again but only if the receptionist has had a change of attitude by the next time I come in. This place left a bad taste in my mouth this time. read more

i want to write this to get "the word out" about a front desk receptionist at 705 west la veta st., orange california!!!! his name is "jaimie" and unquestionably needs to be terminated!!!! i was sitting in the waiting room next to a 3 year old child, and asked one time how much longer the wait would be. i was hit with an absolute tirade of unprofessional, harassing, and unnecessary behavior by this punk. i told him "you need to stop!" i said "you have no right to harass patients in the waiting room!" i heard other staff also telling this thug to stop! it was by a landslide the most unprofessional, unethical visit and encounter i have ever had in my entire life! worst was there were children in the waiting room!!!! this individual has a serious and potentially dangerous short fuse in the work place! i already called corporate when i left the office yesterday, but want to also share my experience with this individual and with this location on here!!! if you're a patient, and reading this--go somewhere else!!!! anywhere else!!!! #unprofessional #unfriendly #harrassive i will continue to share my experience with this individual on all social media to ensure patients don't have the unpleasant experience i had! read more
