I've learned it is best to make an appointment; although you may still wait. This location appeared to be understaffed, I noticed the woman who checked me in also drew my blood. Regardless, she was LOVELY! Super polite, easy going, and I didn't even feel it when she took my blood. Seriously, I'd go back just for her. Despite what appeared to be a packed waiting room, I was in and out within the hour. Not bad. I'd def go back.

I use Quest due to my insurance. Although there is a lab in my doctor's office, I always end up paying more in out of pocket expenses. I had always used the Quest on Lockwood but learned this location was even more convenient to my home. Booking an appointment online was easy. Using the QR code to check in was easy. As this is still a pandemic, there was sanitizer everywhere and not one other person in the waiting room. I was not checked in at the reception area but rather taken back to the exam room. Jumoke was the phlebotomist and in this case, also the clerk. She processed my lab forms and as one proved challenging due to the codes, had me go off to the bathroom while she sorted it out. This was a good strategy and use of my time. She had it straightened out when I got back. I warned her that I was not scared of needles but rather squeamish about the ordeal, something that has worsened as I age. I know it is all in my head. She was understanding and kept me calm and distracted and entertained my attempt at small talk. Minimum pinch, yeah of course I felt it but no big deal. She let me sit and relax and I was totally fine. She was excellent and helped me remain calm through the ordeal. Worse case, I would have gotten light headed and needed a few extra minutes to get myself back together but even though that is not so bad, her demeanor meant I didn't even have to struggle with that. While I was getting my blood drawn , another patient along with her family member slept barging in the room tryna get the tech's attention , granted their was a language barrier so I see why there was a constant interruption . But all that could have been avoided if the room I was in closed from start to finish . The facility was nice and I appreciate the tech apologizing for the countless interruption . But it could have been avoided .

Had to have some labs done for my pre employment screening so I came to this location which was the closest to my house. Parking lot is decent size so no issues there and there is a vending machine in the front of lobby if needed. Upon entering the LabCorp you sign in by machine. The desk will call you for the paperwork and ID. It took about 20 minutes overall to get some lab drawn and do my drug screen. It is still weird that LabCorp open at 7:30 am but don't do drug screen till 10 am. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a quick and easy process.
