He sent me to multiple types of therapy (water, message, dry needling & more) . he helped me when I had to take in my elderly mother with Dementia. When I was hurt at work & eventually DISABLED. He assisted with sending me to specialist for my Bicuspid Aortic Heart Valve & a connective tissue disorder, helped with pre-screening for 20 surgeries . I have trusted them with my & my family's health & life . They cared , they knew us by name and they were very nice/friendly & professional. Appointments often run very late, and visits feel rushed despite long wait times. It has also become difficult to receive certain services or medication support, especially when prior authorizations are required. I've felt that the level of communication and follow‑through has declined, and some issues I raised were not addressed in a timely or consistent way. You used to be great and I would recommend you to everyone, but I just don't know that I can do that anymore. This is the third time I've had a problem with the prescription and it's been every single time. My issue is that calling the office is very difficult. There is an individual who I've had the unpleasant experience of speaking with each time I call. He's unkind without cause. I give the benefit of the doubt to anyone for one or two bad experiences but each time I call, I have to get past a very mean office representative just to get an appointment with my doctor. I find him to be extremely unprofessional and it's an awful representation of the practice as a whole. I wish Padder Health all the best but I'm beginning a search for a new practitioner that offers better service than this. Dr. Chang and Dr. Vellanki are both wonderful physicians.
