Appointments often run very late, and visits feel rushed despite long wait times. It has also become difficult to receive certain services or medication support, especially when prior authorizations are required. I've felt that the level of communication and follow‑through has declined, and some issues I raised were not addressed in a timely or consistent way. You used to be great and I would recommend you to everyone, but I just don't know that I can do that anymore. This is the third time I've had a problem with the prescription and it's been every single time. I went to this location to receive an EKG. I typically go to this building for other medical…read moretreatment so I decided to give them a chance. First off their office is located in the basement. No big deal, but the basement is being remodeled COMPLETELY so you literally are walking through a construction site. I went down once and thought I went to the wrong floor because that is how many tarps were hanging from the ceiling! Did I mention that I went there for an EKG to have my heart checked? So I really didn't want to be breathing in dry wall dust etc! When I checked in the staff seemed really nice. Then they made the biggest customer service 101 mistake. The two receptionist starting bashing their boss, and taking about other staff members! Not professional at all for a doctors office especially with a waiting room full of clients ! Once I was taken to a room the gentleman who did the EKG was very polite and professional during the procedure. BUT the room was no better than its surroundings! It was more like a storage closet with stacks or medical equipment on the counter, and 3 visual dummies. When I left he even gave me a copy of the EKG. I was quite happy about this until I went to sign out. Turns out I was given the copy to deliver to my doctors MYSELF! Note when I checked in I asked the receptionist if I needed to sign a release form in order for her to fax the EKG results to my doctor! She told me no the my referral was enough! I've been a patient for less than 1 year. I needed my antidepressant (non-controlled) refilled. Ran out of meds, pharmacy said Roseu refused to refill. Called Roseu to get more information, was told I needed to come back in to see the doctor despite my last visit having been less than 6 months ago. Going through Effexor withdrawal, was promised they would send RX immediately. Office closed, no RX sent to my pharmacy, now sitting on my couch shaking, dizzy, and having the Effexor brain shock syndrome. Instead of telling me in advance I would need to see the doctor again (apparently once per month?), they just let me suffer. Will be filing a report with the medical board.

They helped me when I got married & took my husband & his children ( my step-kids) into their practice. Later when I had children , with special needs, they handled them well . I had major issues from their birth, but Dr "J" wouldn't give up on me. He sent me to multiple types of therapy (water, message, dry needling & more) . he helped me when I had to take in my elderly mother with Dementia. When I was hurt at work & eventually DISABLED. He assisted with sending me to specialist for my Bicuspid Aortic Heart Valve & a connective tissue disorder, helped with pre-screening for 20 surgeries . I have trusted them with my & my family's health & life . They cared , they knew us by name and they were very nice/friendly & professional. Unfortunately, I could not afford to remain in Montgomery County once retired - we miss you all .

They fill up quick and you will need to wait for an abulance transport if you require overnight care. I had to wait approximately two hours before anyone saw me and they almost sent me on my way without cleaning and wrapping my wound. Had I not requested it they wouldn't have done anything but look at it. I hope they improve I'm not sure if it's a learning facility but they could sure learn to do the bare minimum.
