The facilities is always clean and the nurses are nice. My doctor is completely unsociable other than asking medical questions. A few times the scheduler has messed up the schedule and are never willing to fix the situation. Sometimes they even mess up in the reason for a doctor visit. I have had nothing but great experiences with this clinic. Easy to get to, quick to be seen, and the system to email your doctor works wonderfully! Online prescription refill request as well as referral request online. Doesn't get much more efficient or easy than that. read more

Let me start by saying that I LOVE my chidren's PCP at this clinic. The customer service, however, is terrible. I spent 15 minutes standing at the front counter to simply drop off a form while the receptionist was on the phone with a patient. 2 other patients came in and signed in for appointments during this time and they were never checked in, greeted, or even acknowledged. While I understand patient concerns are a priority, and I could hear from the one side of the conversation that the person on the phone was very stressed, the receptionist should be better at her job in terms of multitasking and prioritizing. I work in healthcare and have had many customer service oriented jobs in the past and the person standing in front of you is your priority. If the phone call is emergent, the person on the other end should be instructed to call 911 or go to the nearest ER (as the office recording clearly states). So if you go to this clinical, go for the great Drs, not the overall experience. read more
