She got me she got all my concerns and issues and even though she's a lot younger, she understood my hormone issues. She was not pushy about other services provided, but was helpful when I asked about other things. We will be coming back often as you know acupuncture only works when you are putting in the time and commitment. It's not a one time and you're done. They have an intro package you get one initial consultation and 3 follow up for about $300. Not too bad. As for the actual treatments, acupuncture is amazing! It almost feels like it tricks your body into healing itself. The 30 min of peace and relaxation is unmatched by anything that I have ever done. First they clearly told me they were all in network with my insurance, and then after the acupuncture session they told me my practitioner could not accept insurance, but somehow nobody knew about it beforehand. I realized too late that this place is utterly mismanaged and incompetent. The manager said it could take weeks or longer to get things straight on their end. Since they know ZERO about acupuncture, they do now know or care that it is useless to start acupuncture and then wait weeks or months for a follow-up. Then they refused to let me make a follow up appointment with any other acupuncturist that actually could actually accept my insurance. This place is shady, duplicitous, and without ethics, and I would highly recommend you stay away.

I decided to try acupuncture and specifically looked for an acupuncturist trained in China. I had tried acupuncture before for migraines and the Western trained doc didn't help at all but the Chinese trained doc I tried after worked wonders but is now retired. After the first treatment I noticed a significant improvement and after four treatments I was almost 100 percent. It took a while for full recovery because we had to find the cause but we did and I am now without pain and have full mobility. Dr. Ma is kind and gentle and didn't hurt me with the needles.
