    Awesome plant AAA Physical Therapy gave my wife once she recovered.

    AAA physical therapy is amazing! No joke. My son has been in physical therapy his whole life. His therapists have been good but AAA, despite the name, is incredible. Nina at AAA has provided above and beyond amazing physical therapy for my wife. Sessions don't end on a clock but rather after the therapist has worked well beyond a time concept and more to the therapeutic limits. All of this minimizes recovery time to get therapy completed and your body healthy. Other PT has been strictly by the clock and less focussed on recovery needs. I've never seen anything like the service at AAA. At the end of my wife's recovery they gave her a plant too. A little different but I imagine it represents life, growth, and wellness.

Do you have…read more*any* type of spine-based pain that you've tried for *years* to resolve with physical therapy, chiropractic care, pain management professionals, and/or had surgery but continue to remain in pain? Do you get 10 minutes with your current physical therapist, then handed off to a college intern to do the same 5 exercises every time you go and make little/no progress? PLEASE make an appointment to see Dr. Francis Jung at Columbia Physical Therapy In Motion. *EVERY* session you will get 45 minutes of dedicated time with him. No interns. No down time. Just one-on-one time with an incredible physical therapist. I met Dr Jung after 2.5 years in pain (about 14 months of severe sciatic pain) that left me with pain-based scoliosis. Standing or walking for more than 15-30 seconds was incredibly painful and I couldn't stand up straight. Had seen 3 physical therapists and 3 chiropractors over those 2.5 years and none knew what to make of my issue after several months of treatment. Dr. Jung was kind enough to call me on his own time after work one evening and assured me his experiences could likely assist. Dr. Jung has a kind and compassionate presence along with wisdom from years of hands on experience and tons of training. Did you know Doctor's of Physical Therapy (DPT) can opt to go through residency and on to fellowships? He was one of the first 10 DPT fellows in the state of Maryland! He will empathize and listen to your concerns and celebrate each of your successes while ensuring you get the most out of your time with him. He will challenge you beyond what you think is possible and you CAN succeed under his guidance. While not without pain, frustration, and setbacks, I'm THRILLED to report that I can now take zumba classes and am planning some large travel trips that I couldn't imagine a mere 12 months ago. The Columbia Physical Therapy In Motion team is wonderful - I would highly recommend any of the therapists for any of your PT needs, though I am very partial to Dr. Jung for any spine-based issues. Do note that getting an appointment with Dr. Jung may take a few weeks because of his popularity, but he is worth the wait. As a tip: when you call to make your initial appointment, ask to get on his schedule twice a week to make sure you don't have to wait again --- if you opt not to see him anymore, just cancel the appointments with no problems. Trust me, they will very quickly fill up.

Dr. Soudan performed an injection in my neck to address severe pain that radiated down my shoulders, affecting my sleep and overall quality of life. During the procedure, I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Soudan put me at ease by talking me through every step. He explained everything before doing it, and before I knew it, the procedure was over. His kindness, patience, and sense of humor made a world of difference, and I truly appreciated his bedside manner. While the front desk can get busy at times, I understand that happens in many offices, and I believe the staff does their best to manage the flow. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I'm grateful for the care I received.

Things have changed drastically and the bedside manner has changed to uncouth. The follow-ups are with another clinician, Dr. Soudan solely does procedures. Being in medicine myself and assessing the competence & performance of a clinician professionally, it goes without saying that I am very particular with my care and who had the capacity to perform. I can also identify who shouldn't be serving the role they are assigned. There was a physician's assistant who proved to be both lackadaisical and her sense of urgency wasn't present. She lacked genuine compassion in her bedside manner. I refused her care thereafter-- she's no longer there. She's since been replaced by a CRNP. There are currently two on staff. I prefer the CRNP Ms. Seashull (spell?). Her demeanor is no nonsense and compassionate. She actually listens. She's focused, experienced and competent. Imagine my upset when at my last visit I learned she's sick and I have to see the other CRNP there. The front desk attempted to reassign me to this person by previously getting me and another family member confused. Giving me a storyline that wasn't relevant to my care. I quickly corrected their memory. I wasn't even aware that they were being seen there, but I was told and **cough, cough** HIPAA violation, 1 year in jail and a $5000 fine. Also this family member, I am told, has made quite a name for themselves (negatively) at the office as such, my care & the treatment I now receive had been compromised and confused because of it. Ever since they made the connection of this family member, who is now a patient, to me, my care and their decorum has declined greatly. Rudeness, unprofessionalism, bad energy and they get confused with my personality & care needs although my chart is before them. I am grossly disgusted with the office now. I get shifty looks from staff when previously for YEARS I was received warmly and everyone was friendly. Medically, it is beneficial to be consistent with your clinicians they know your chart, established rapport and competence is confirmed. This new CRNP presents with really bad energy....an attitude, looking me up and down (like someone with some personal issue with me). Asks if I met her before (confusing me with my family member). I say no. She made me so uncomfortable with the odd energy, it was off putting. My BP registered as elevated. My BP runs normal. It's only elevated when I'm in pain. She never once asked me how I was feeling or if I was in pain. She never did a PE or any physical test to evaluate my mobility or gait. She did nothing but side eye me and throw distrustful sarcasm. I discuss future procedures and she questions me when I say injections aren't effective, solely ablations. As if I'm lying. It's literally in my chart as such.. look at my history. She says... you had 3 injections 3x and none worked for you? Yea.. ok (smartass sarcastically). The injections are in three trouble areas simultaneously and it takes 3 sessions for effectiveness... this lady is so beyond ignorant & incompetent. My problem with her is massive. Immediately after I leave, I make it clear that I am to never be scheduled with her again. I don't even want to share a space with this woman ever again. Someone with that demeanor is liable to be passive aggressive and mismanage your care creating a hostile & frustrating environment. I will not have it, no one should. I pray for the healthy return of my CRNP because my care up until the last few months (when it was identified I was related to a hellion patient of theirs) has been superior. I also would like the office to re-evaluate how they interact with patients, specifically me because it's been traumatizing and hurtful to say the least and honestly I don't know WTF is going on. My treatment since is the worst I've ever endured. He's asking inappropriate questions, jokes about my relationship to the miscreant, he absentmindedly injects me with less numbing agent causing me harm. On this day, I was having my yearly procedure on my worse side. Fast forward, I have been in so much pain since I had my ablation. Worst pain than when I came. When I tell you this has never been my experience... never. Am I to believe they are botching my care? Standing and ambulating have proven difficult, I'm back to having spasms again. My legs get weak when I stand too long. This is what it's like before my procedure. It's been made worse after the procedure. After. I'm effin miserable and I have to wait until Jan to get it repeated. I'm sitting right now and I'm in pain. What the eff did he do and why?! I'd really wish I was just being paranoid but it's like the office is purposefully causing trauma. Between the treatment & the care. I feel like I need an intensive therapy session & a lawsuit.

I have been suffering with severe TMJ problems for the past 9 years which I was informed wasn't painful enough to be given medication for. Even though I've been on said meds the past 8 years so I can do things like talk, and eat solid food. She also didn't seem to understand what a concurrent disorder was. As the muscles, and nevers in my neck have become part of the problem I have been suffering with. She didn't show one ounce of compassion or empathy, just contempt that I was asking for help. I was then, rudely, told to leave and not come back because she doesn't approve of the psychiatric medication I've been on my entire adult life. Even though my psychiatrist prescribes it and doesn't recommend I stop taking it. I was also accused of taking something I have never even heard of. Unless it was a false positive for my allergy meds I have no idea what it is. Dr. Ogunsola's bed side manor is terrible and she treated me like a junkie, which anyone with chronic pain knows, is totally humiliating. She was also condescending, telling me "your doctor would have suggested you go anywhere to get you out the door". Then saying she couldn't treat me anyway because of my psychiatric medication. After 15 minutes of condescending rudeness on her part. I'm not a very out spoken person when it comes to my pain because I find it embarrassing that I have to take medication for it. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients in any field of medicine and if you are looking for a compassionate doctor who listens to you and wants to help, DO NOT GO HERE. You will be patronized, lied to, and treated like you don't matter to anyone. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.
