Dr.Ogonsola is my primary physician at this facility, though I have been seen by the Nurse Practitioner for the last several visits

just nowNEW If you are in pain do NOT go here. I have spoken with Dr. Ogunsola twice and both times she has been extremely rude and uncaring in regards to my problem. I have been suffering with severe TMJ problems for the past 9 years which I was informed wasn't painful enough to be given medication for. Even though I've been on said meds the past 8 years so I can do things like talk, and eat solid food. She also didn't seem to understand what a concurrent disorder was. As the muscles, and nevers in my neck have become part of the problem I have been suffering with. She didn't show one ounce of compassion or empathy, just contempt that I was asking for help. I was then, rudely, told to leave and not come back because she doesn't approve of the psychiatric medication I've been on my entire adult life. Even though my psychiatrist prescribes it and doesn't recommend I stop taking it. I was also accused of taking something I have never even heard of. Unless it was a false positive for my allergy meds I have no idea what it is. Dr. Ogunsola's bed side manor is terrible and she treated me like a junkie, which anyone with chronic pain knows, is totally humiliating. She was also condescending, telling me "your doctor would have suggested you go anywhere to get you out the door". Then saying she couldn't treat me anyway because of my psychiatric medication. After 15 minutes of condescending rudeness on her part. I'm not a very out spoken person when it comes to my pain because I find it embarrassing that I have to take medication for it. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients in any field of medicine and if you are looking for a compassionate doctor who listens to you and wants to help, DO NOT GO HERE. You will be patronized, lied to, and treated like you don't matter to anyone. If I could have given zero stars I would have. read more

I went to get a rapid COVID-19 test before I went on the road for business. The service was fine, no complaints. What I have an issue with is the bill. $200 for a rapid COVID-19 test is outrageous. They say it's free if you don't have insurance, but I did, and I don't appreciate the overbilling and inflated costs passed on to my insurance company. How do I know it is inflated? Well, while I was in Iowa I had to have a test every day for 3 days in order to take care of some things and access certain facilities. The test took 10 minutes and only cost $30 per test. I know they have to pay the rent and keep the lights on, but give me a break. No wonder health insurance costs so much when providers are using them to pay for their yacht and Jaguar. read more

I started going to this clinic over a week ago, i had problems with my insurance and called and explained to her staff. I called 3 times yesterday because I haven't been medicated since Friday, here it is Tuesday and they don't seem to be concerned with helping me considering i had a total knee replacement surgery a month ago. Apparently the doctor can be in all day but her staff aren't able to stop and give her messages or she just doesn't care, I'm not sure but it's definitely starting off bad. read more

I don't usually make a comment but I've read some reviews on Yelp and i don't understand.I've always been treated with respect. At this location and i totally trust Dr Macintosh.she had always listened to my concerns about my treatment plan. And helped to use some treatments along with medication. I've had 3 back surgeries and i have a plate and screws in my neck and 2 screws in my ankle so i know pain is but this clinic has always went above and beyond from front desk making appointments too medical treatments to medication. Absolutly NO compassion here! I have been on and off pain medication since a bad accident I had in 1990. So I am not a newbie when it comes to medication. I was going to Global Pain Management for 2 years and being seen by McMcIntosh. For 2 years I was on 50mcg Fentanyl and 5-325 percocet 3 times a day as needed. Two months ago we tried to decrease the Fentanyl to 37mcg but unfortunately that was too low and the pain came back. As a result I occationally had to take an extra percocet a day which caused me to run out prior to my next appointment. Well they drug test there to make sure 1) your are not on any street drugs and 2) you are taking your medication. Well guess what? During the 2 months the Fentanyl dosage was lowered I ran out of percocet early and thus failed the drug test 2 months in a row. Thats right I failed a drug test for NOT having the drug in my system! Dr McIntosh was furious that I was not obiding by her instructions and I was immediately cut off from all narcotics. She did not care that I had increased pain from the lower dosage of Fentanyl. All she cared about was I did not have percocet in my system so I must be selling it on the streets. I tried to reason with her that I have been seen there for 2 years with no problems and the only 2 times I failed a test coincided with the same 2 months the Fentanyl dosage was lowered. Nope, did not care! So I guess despite the perscription saying "as needed" I still have to take the it even if I am having a good day and don't need it or else fail the drug test and be cut off. Her reply to this was that if I did not need all the medication then I would bring back the extras to them. In 2 years of being seen there they have never asked me once if I had extra medication to turn back in! Furthermore, why did they not confront me after the first drug test failure? This could have all be explained but nope, not a word said! They just kept quiet until I failed a second test and then bame, out the door I go! She reminds me of the soup Nazi from Seinfeld! Then about 8 months prior to all this there was a period of time when it was very difficult to find Fentanyl in any pharmacy. It took me 2 weeks of driving around to a total of 18 pharmacys and no one had it in stock. Everyone was back ordered. When I returned to GPM and explained this they did not substitue any other medication and I had to go through withdraws. What a nightmare that was. As I said NO COMPASSION! read more

Both my wife and I have had pain treatments for Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome by Dr. Ogunsola. She is extremely good at doing the difficult procedure that is required to mitigate the pain for this condition. Dr. O really cares about her patients and provides exceptional care. I cannot say enough good about her care. read more

They will send your wife with has been dealing with 10 years of TMJ home crying accused of taking some street drug when it was impossible for it to be in her system. The day before we were at a TMJ specialist in Philadelphia and was drug tested with no flags or this supposed drug they give heroine addicts. Additionally the level of pain medication she normally takes is so low this stuff would floor her, In reality she runs her own company, manages large groups, weddings and works 60+ hours a week not some drug addict. I bet If I showed up as a male, things would have been different. Go here if you suffer from chronic pain and want to be treated like an addict, demeaned and discarded. Go here if you like women treated unequally. The doctor was out of line rude ( and this was after multiple nice email exchanges). If you like being berated by a doctor this is your place. I also want to note that if you have multiple doctors like a TMJ specialist, Dentist, oral surgeon, eye doctor, ear nose an throat doctor and primary care doctors all treating the same issue, these people will not work/communicate with them. Good luck going here, Her visit was NOT for drugs, this was for a consult, trying to coordinate with multiple doctors and where just looking for someplace closer to where we moved and did not expect to be treated like an addict. RUN!!! This place is a front for doctors who think they are treating junkies. Not for patients with real serious pain and in need of help to manage. There is no compassion nor empathy. Dr. Mcintosh does not listen and does not care about the patient and what they are experiencing. She does not communicate and does not seek to have any kind of repore with the patient. She does not even make eye contact. She has plenty of attitude to share. Horrible, please run as quick as you can. read more

Last Friday I went to Dr. Ogunsola as I was in extreme back pain. During the visit she was able to explain why I was in pain and offered multiple solutions. One option was Physical Therapy that is available in the same building as her office. A Physical Therapist was able to see me right away. It is nice to have a Doctor sit and explain your problems and suggest relief for the back pain. read more

I went there this past summer for a first appointment. Even though they issue medical cannabis cards the doctor told me that I was a criminal for using medical cannabis and that I didn't deserve pain medication or physical therapy. I have had 7 spine surgeries in the last 15 years and I suffer from significant nerve damage. At that time my right calf half was 1.5 inches smaller in circumference than my left calf due to falling over a chair in my backyard which I was hospitalized for. These people are abusive to their patients. When I asked why I was being treated like a criminal for using medical cannabis when they issue cards out of their office the doctor told me in a hostile voice that she didn't approve of it and that another doctor was issuing those cards down the hall and that it had nothing to do with her. Meanwhile the entire waiting room is filled with medical cannabis literature promoting the use of medical cannabis. I would avoid this office if I were you. They may issue the cards but they have a zero tolerance policy towards patients who use medical cannabis. read more

Yesterday, August 2017, was my first and last appt with this place..I waited 2 hours for McIntosh to finally get to me. I watched this woman walk back and forth taking other patients that came after me, while I waited in the room with the door open. My appt was at 1:20 and I wasn't seen into 2:30!!! I was going in to establish as a new patient and after being interrogated by the Dr., Ayana McIntosh, I was told unprofessional and critical things about my previous Dr.'s practice!! This woman treated me like a "junkie", not a patient that requires pain medicine. I've lost my sharp memory due to my health and have trouble remembering things pertaining to my health as I've been critically ill for 7 years, and she treated me like I was a street junkie. I don't care if I was, (I am not), NO Dr should ever treat a patient thats being polite and a cooperative patient like trash!! I do not recommend this place especially if you have severe pain issues, they won't treat you with dignity and respect!! The building smelled like a smoke filled bar when I walked in. It was very unprofessional and gross, quite frankly..Go anywhere else but not here and dont see Ayana McIntosh if you must go...rude bitch..what can I say? Hello My name is AJ. This past summer I had the opportunity to work at Global Pain Management as a summer intern. I am currently a college student, so being able to work in the medical field was one of the best opportunities I could have. While working at Global Pain management I was able to see the hard-work and the caring attitude of all the workers. The reception workers came in to work ready to greet each of the patients with a smile even though at times they were not having the best days. The Medical Assistants worked hard to get the patients to their rooms as quickly as possible, but also made sure they had time to connect with them on a personal level. The most important part I would have to say was my experience with the Doctors. They always took time out of their already busy days to teach me new things just because they cared. While studying underneath the Doctors I was able to see how they always went out of their way for their patients even if at times those same patients treated them harshly. The Practice Manager was always organized with everything he did and had the practice working like a clock. Overall this past summer was something special that I would not have traded for anything else. All of the employees were welcoming to me and helped me adjust to the medical practice. Getting to know the patients and all their unique stories made going to work everyday very exciting for me. Finally I would just like to say if your considering any pain managements in the area this should be your top choice.The people there will treat you to the best of their ability and make you feel as if that is a second home. read more
