However, I never received any communication, reminder, email, or instruction from the office indicating that I needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment. I respectfully explained that I had taken time off from work and traveled for this appointment, and I asked why this information had not been communicated beforehand. Unfortunately, the front desk representative repeatedly gave the same response without addressing my concern or showing any courtesy, empathy, or willingness to help resolve the situation. Patients arrange their work schedules, commute, and personal responsibilities around medical appointments, so clear communication and respectful treatment are extremely important.
