Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. He will run further tests until he can figure out what is wrong. He is very good about fitting people into his schedule whenever he can, even if that means working through lunch or late. The nurses are all very kind and if you call, he will always get back to you either by lunch time or at the end of the day. Sometimes the wait is long but that is usually because he has probably squeezed someone in who was sick, so I don't mind as I've been in the same position. I don't know what the logic behind that is. When I arrived my appointment was on time with no paperwork hassles. I saw Dr. Kramer and both she and her nurse were friendly and professional. Like a lot of people I get pretty anxious at Dr's offices but I felt a lot more comfortable here than with my previous primary care doctor. One thing that I appreciated was that they signed off on all of the paperwork I needed done (it was supposed to be a dive physical so it had a lot of stuff that isn't on most medical forms) without any hassles.
