Ariana is the best phlebotomist I've ever had and I am not young! She has a great touch and is very good at her job!

Stear clear of this lab. I came for a fasting blood draw with an appointment and the place was closed, so I scheduled another appointment for the next morning, again a fasting blood draw. The waiting room had at least 10 people in it and one employee to check in and draw the blood of all these people. What kind of rinky-dink operation doesn't even sufficiently staff for something so important as getting your blood drawn? How can you even trust the accuracy of anyone working at this place? What standards are they being set to and by who? You a better chance of receiving professionalism , reliability, and accountability going to McDonald's at 7 AM for a cup of coffee in the morning then you do this lab. read more

Rude, arrogant and uneducated office worker. I will never go to Labcorp again, if I can avoid it. Now I'm just hoping they get the billing right to my insurance company. I have read many horror stories from other reviews. read more

My child needed to get a drug screening done for school. I made an appointment online for 8:15 am. We got there at 8:10, got in right away, and got back on the road by 8:30. Check-in was easy, the place was clean, and the staff was kind and thorough. Shout-out to the ladies at the reception desk for staying polite and professional. One client was complaining that she had to wait to get in, but other people who came after she did were getting their testing done. When the receptionist said it was because the others had appointments, she'd come back with "But I was here first." They must have gone back and forth five times before we left. Getting lab work is not high on my list of pleasant experiences, but LabCorp in Estero was great! read more

The phlebotomist is rude, the restroom is dirty for giving urine samples, and the phlebotomist chair was not cleaned between patients. I requested a butterfly needle to be used because my veins are small and bruised from many prior tests. The phlebotomist told me the butterfly takes too long and she is too busy! I also told the phlebotomist that my name was misspelled on the urine collection container. I was shocked when she told me that it doesn't matter if your name is misspelled! Avoid this lab even if you have to drive farther to another lab! read more

So basically if you want to get blood work done here...MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WHATSOEVER ON THE DAY YOU NEED BLOODWORK DONE! The girls and I say girls because, they act like high schoolers just gossiping and complaining about a complaint a patient made instead of fixing the problem. I now see why the woman who made the complaint did so! Do better girls! Or get a job where gossiping, and making complaints is in the job description. read more

Not sure what all the fuss is about this Labcorp. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to come here, I decided to try them anyway. I was there at 7am, opening time to get some bloodwork taken. I had NO APPOINTMENT, I was literally in and out within 10 mins. Would definitely recommend this place, the staff was super friendly and very helpful, check in was super easy too. The nurse, Leslie, who helped me out, was super nice and very professional, I had my blood taken and that was it. She was phenomenal. Not sure if people come in at a later time with no appointment, and obviously you might have to wait. Hint Hint- WAKE UP EARLY and avoid the wait time. Awesome place, would come here again in the future. read more

My child had to be tested for a medical class. Simple procedure. 3 hours later we were able to leave. Both techs working behind the intake counter weren't very bright and weren't used to someone asking questions which they perceived as a burden. I couldn't finish a sentence before being interrupted 3 times ---each time me politely asking them to please let me finish. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never go back and suggest to anyone considering going there to find some place else. read more

I had a bad experience at Lab Corp. The lady inputting my data into the computer was busy talking with the two other ladies. I was called up to sign a form to pay $210 for a test that medicare would not cover the cost. I refused to sign it, as it was an identical blood draw that I do regularly. I asked her to please check the codes again to be sure she had entered all the codes correctly. Instead of focusing on the data input she carried on with her conversation.. she had inputed the incorrect code. While doing the blood draw the phlebotomist almost dropped all the vials by nudging the basket which held the vials. I think La Core is under new management. It is inefficient. I will not be going there any more. read more

My father cannot stand or walk so it was difficult for him to give a urine sample at the doctor's office. We were told to do it at home and take the sample to Lab Corp. I did as I was instructed at the doctor's office and was told to sign in and wait with everyone else in the waiting room. The sample had not been refrigerated (which is crucial) because I was able to get there quickly. I didn't have my father's drivers license and insurance cards and insisted that they simply take the sample. It was tossed onto a counter and I was left alone just standing there. It took nearly 24 hours to get this sample. He is a cancer and Parkinson's patient and I sincerely hope we don't have to do this all over again because of negligence and indifference. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a lab. I was not greeted, signed in at kiosk & helped other patients what to do to check in, as both women were either not at the desk or on their phone. When It was my turn, I was not greeted or made to feel welcome. I was told to put my stuff in a box, get a cup and pee in it to the black line. Then they started knocking on the door telling me I had 2 minutes. I was never told that it was timed. As you can imagine, this intrusion made it difficult to pee on command and gave me anxiety. After the loud timer, which only added to my anxiety rang, the woman said I needed to get out & she tried opening my door. I was told to drink water & wait. I drank at least 8-10 cups of water until I was uncomfortable & was ignored for nearly an hour. When I approached the desk to say I was ready, she was on her cell phone again & told me to sit down. When I was finally called back, the women kept speaking Spanish , typing in my chart online, and did not speak to me- handed me another cup and told me I better get it done in 4 minutes, or I would have to leave This made me have a panic attack and made me very upset. Again, "Misss, you have two minutes". In my state of duress, I could not relax with the very loud timer and the ladies constantly reminding me of my time left. I explained how upset I was, and they included "she had a panic attack and was crying in the bathroom" on my paperwork for my employer. I was told to drink more water & sent out with other patients in this upset state & once again ignored until they were done with everyone else. Then I was given a new cup & told to just relax, but I had to hurry, because they were closing & wanted to leave. (Although they were open another half hour). I peed as much as possible & up to the black line as requested, but was told it was not enough & had to drive 15 miles to get another form, so I could do it all again tomorrow, but I will go to another location. I have never been so humiliated and treated so poorly as a patient. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble & go to another location. read more

Don't go! Seriously a horrific experience. There are plenty of other LABS in the area. You would be doing yourself a disservice by selecting this facility. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. You check in via kiosk which is fairly common now. However the Kiosk here are not user friendly and offer NO privacy. KIOSK reads your I.D. and medical insurance cards; or at least it is suppose to. Neither kiosk did...and you have to enter it manually. If you have a question about one of the kiosk stations prepare yourself for some serious "ATTITUDE" while they read out your information to all that is in the lobby. They close at 2:30 but try to get them to answer the phone at any time close to that. read more
