First I go online and access their website, sign in and go to make an appointment. You put in your zip code and the nearest Quest comes up. I usually do it a few weeks before my appointment, especially in season. You pick out the time and they send you a code to use when you check in. I go to Quest in the Merchant's Shopping Center. It is in the strip mall between Motor Vehicles and the Kava Shop. I try to get an early appointment, especially since I was fasting. Today's was at 7:40, just perfect because I live only 10 minutes away. I check in using my license and insurance card. Then my name goes on an electronic screen, which shows my first name and last initial and the time of my appointment. The staff is super nice and efficient and I was called with 15 minutes of my arrival. I gave my orders to the staff member and she enters it and prints out the labels for each test. They have really streamlined the process. The staff are experts and I'm done before I know it. I am out so quickly that Dave doesn't really have time to read the paper! Thank you Quest for your professionalism and the very clean conditions of the office!

The offices are well designed; spacious, comfortable, well lighted, airy with beautiful photographic prints. Much better than the cramped, overcrowded, spaces of other small offices. The lab results are quickly available. The wait time is much shorter than other commercial labs. They are better able to tackle insurance issues than other smaller labs. Truly torn between enduring the moronic staff and getting fast results. I guess you have to suffer a little for the necessary.

She didn't tell me that at any time dropping off the specimen means to start all over again to wait for hours like anybody else. No one told me anything just wait and wait I had to figure out asking the workers few times what means to drop of specimen. At least if I knew I had to choose to make another appointment so I don't have to wait. I don't mind rules but be explicit not to waste my time. Corporate explain the rules in detail to us like animals. Get punished with appointment for what? It doesn't make sense.

I had a very uncomfortable, disappointing experience at the 805 Del Prado, Cape Coral location…read more Their sign-in systems were down, which I understand can happen, so I patiently stood in the designated waiting area waiting to be helped. What upset me most was not the delay -- it was the unprofessional behavior afterward. After I spoke to an employee, I could overhear comments being repeated and mocked to coworkers nearby. No patient should feel laughed at or talked about while simply trying to check in for a medical appointment. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Technical problems are understandable. Treating patients with disrespect is not. I hope management seriously addresses professionalism and patient treatment at this location.
