I don't understand why we should be forced to wait two hours when we have an appointment. That was my husband's recent experience. The previous week I needed lab work but arrived with no appointment. I registered, scanned my insurance card and ID, and Sat down fully expecting to have to wait (after all I had no appointment). Although my name appeared on the board for an hour it then promptly dropped off the board. When I asked the clueless lady at the door, she assured me they were just getting ready to call me. After 10 minutes watching others who were after me get called, I pressed again and was again fluffed off and told I would be called soon. At that point another lady said her name had also dropped off. So...I was forced to be a pain (you asked for it!) and insisted I be seen. When they called me to the back, all the info I had input when I registered (90 minutes ago) had magically vanished. Once again, I had to provide my ID and insurance card. They had no idea why my info had disappeared. Everyone here is clueless (or doesn't give a damn). The only way to get Quest to fix this mess is to NOT support them! I used Milton Street when I lived in the South Cape and had no issues there. Avoid Del Prado or find another lab!!! There are other options!
