Knucklheads. Zero stars. No receptionist. No problem, I can use the kiosk. It might have helped here. We were the last appt. of the day and I forgot to give the techs the doctors order and they didn't ask for it. Techs did a good job but within a couple minutes of walking out the door it was locked and they could see me outside trying to tell the very same techs that they needed the doctors order to know what to do with the blood. They made gesture after gesture and basically told me to get lost. All they had to do was come to the door and take the doctors order from me! Lazy, rude knucklheads. Tried calling. That's a joke. They run this business as lean as possible and you're a number. I'll go back in the morning hand them the paper and never go back. Thanks Alexandro and knucklehead #2. Please don't support the Cape Coral Del Prado Quest location! If you need to stay in the Cape, use the Milton Street Quest location (by Winn Dixie on Cape Coral Pkwy). I don't understand why we should be forced to wait two hours when we have an appointment. That was my husband's recent experience. The previous week I needed lab work but arrived with no appointment. I registered, scanned my insurance card and ID, and Sat down fully expecting to have to wait (after all I had no appointment). Although my name appeared on the board for an hour it then promptly dropped off the board. When I asked the clueless lady at the door, she assured me they were just getting ready to call me. After 10 minutes watching others who were after me get called, I pressed again and was again fluffed off and told I would be called soon. At that point another lady said her name had also dropped off. So...I was forced to be a pain (you asked for it!) and insisted I be seen. When they called me to the back, all the info I had input when I registered (90 minutes ago) had magically vanished. Once again, I had to provide my ID and insurance card. They had no idea why my info had disappeared. Everyone here is clueless (or doesn't give a damn). The only way to get Quest to fix this mess is to NOT support them! I used Milton Street when I lived in the South Cape and had no issues there. Avoid Del Prado or find another lab!!! There are other options! read more

Well after ny review last week , it took 10 days for results! And Obviously They didnt like my review! Because results didnt I didnt pass! I Know Im squeeky c l ean but sonething showed up! So I didnt get the job I wanted so badly. Just gies to show this place Sucks and will alter results to admonish you fir your bad reviews. Thats ok have new opportunity and They use Labcorp! When i pass ill post my results! Quest You are The Worst facility Ive Ever been subjected to! And from the rev I ews Ive seen Im not the on l y obe who thinks so! They need a receptionist all the digital stuff is hard for seniors and the touchscreen is hard to operate please hire some people

I had an 8:30 appointment. The place was packed but it was mostly standby people. I was called at 8:35 and out of there by 8:45. I strongly suggest making an appointment. read more

Paid cash at the walk in. Quest sent a creditor letter to my home for double the amount for a culture that was done at the dr office.

Probably one of the worst companies out there. God forbid you are more than 1 minute late to an appointment. They automatically make you schedule another appointment. There should be a receptionist up front to talk to, but of course there never is. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but it's what my insurance covers, unfortunately. read more

This was the best service I've ever had at a lab. I made my appointment on line. Arrived 10 Minutes early, you sign in on a touch screen, that already has your information. I sat down and they immediately called my name to go inside to the counter to give my personal information and insurance card. As soon as I put my wallet back in my purse, I was sent to the room for my blood work. The technician was friendly, she found my vein on the first try- that doesn't usually happen, and I was out of there before my scheduled appointment time!! Wow just left the one in North Fort Myers, I witness the rudest person I have seen! She had one lady in tears! A lady that was there for testing too said she was the worst and was trying to get someone on the phone to let them know that she witness the same thing! I turned around and left. After entering the waiting area and signing in, my text said waiting time was 26 minutes. So I waited. There's no receptionist. I didn't have an appointment so I waited and watched the appointment board. The wait time was never correct. I ended up finally getting done after waiting almost 2 hours. read more

The most frustrating lab experience I have had in my decades of being chronically ill. This took a rough day and made it even more harder to handle. At this [2721 Del Prado S.] location, two female (one "rooty blonde" short hair and the other taller?) phlebotomist/techs on 2/7/19, were the most detached people in the health industry I've encountered. They were both completely ignoring me, not listening to nor acknowledging all the medically pertinent information that I was explaining to them. In turn, they chose only talking clippedly to each other, fully ignoring me in my anxious and weakened state. Later another tech, a kind male saw me in a similar state while he was passing by and immediately stopped, and was the appropriate amount of compassion when another human is in distress. I am a seriously chronically ill patient and having to leave my house to be doing this bloodwork before complex surgery on a particularly difficult day... and their cold aloofness was intolerable for the health field their in. They were frustrated at me from the first moment and even thought I am trying to explain I need to lie down, I am VERY weak from vomiting all day. They also tuned out my multiple requests to have my husband in this room with me. I explained I am struggling today and they just went about business in "Room 4"(this is where that first taller lady, pulled me from reception and just told me to go to *there*, simply pointing...even after I told her I am incredibly weak today and also need my husband with (because I keep buckling from weakness! I AM ILL! Usually at other locations Quest people are a good experience (Port Charlotte is much kinder, personable and actually listen to pertinent medical information, so this was a rude awakening to the experiences I will have in this area. Slow down, listen to your patient/customer, whatever. THIS WAS POOR HUMAN CARE GIVING, and very frustrating. I am grateful to the phlebotomist (shorter blonde hair..name tags not clearly displayed here) who was able to get my blood drawn on the first try, and there were a lot of tubes. It was unfortunate they were so dismissive of their patients and their needs. This could have been a good experience but unfortunately it made our day more difficult. read more

I scheduled an appointment for January 2022 and received an email and automated message that my appointment was cancelled because the location was permanently closing. I went to the website, it still shows you can make appointments at the 2721 Del Prado Blvd S Cape Coral FL location! I made an appointment for the 4817-1 Milton St, Cape Coral FL location but not able to verify that location will be open in January! Very frustrating! read more

I am completely blown away by the difference in service I have received at this Quest Lab vs. the one on Milton St. just 3 miles away. I started coming to this lab after several nightmare experiences at the previously mentioned location. The staff here is quick and efficient, they are kind unlike the staff at the other location, and they have yet to leave me with giant bruises. I always make appointments so I can't say much about the walk-in experience however it seems to move very quickly whenever I am there. Perhaps the difference is that this location does not offer Employer Drug Testing and the other does? read more

There isn't many options. The front desk personnel do not have any personality but the phlebotomist have always been kind and painless. Normally, they get you in at your appointment time and out within 15 minutes. However, today I wasn't seen until one hour past my appointment time. When I mentioned it, they told me it was my fault for not telling them when I checked in. We I received two emails and a phone call reminding me of my appointment so I assumed everyone knew I had an appointment. WRONG! According to the staff they are so busy and under staffed it is the patient's responsibility to make it clear you have an appointment. read more

Wow, I was sorry to see the negative reviews posted on yelp. I received services at this Quest less than a week ago. I usually schedule an appointment however, this time around I was a walk-in. The woman at the front desk was pleasant, helpful and professional. She was very patient and informative when answering all of my questions. The young man that drew my blood was excellent, very professional and more than capable in putting the patient at ease. I never even felt a pinch when he inserted and removed the needle. He exhibited very innate customer service capabilities and had me laughing even after M I stepped out the door. You could tell he loved what he was doing. The volume at Quest is high and the employees are understandably, often overwhelmed; in this, Quest is not unique. Lighten up folks they are doing the best that they can. Staff is very matter of fact, not particularly cordial, nor rude. The volume at this office is overwhelming to them I believe. It is for them like working on an assembly line, drawing blood or taking other samples. I always make and appointment, but find I'm taken in turn. ALWAYS allow at least an extra half hour past your appointment time, sometimes you'll be presently surprised, other times you will very disappointed! read more

Quest does everything they can to make your visit easy and timely. You can make your appointment online, chose the date and time that works for you. Staff is courteous and prompt. Even with a waiting room full of patients, I was taken at my scheduled appointment time. Jim was pleasant and made the visit painless. My lab report was at my doctor's office in 2 days.
