What standards are they being set to and by who? I decided to change it up and try Quest and the experience was excellent. There is no front desk, so you have to check in using the iPad in the waiting area, but if you book in advance, it's very easy. I was in the waiting room for about 5-7 minutes, blood drawn and out the door within 15-20. Very organized and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

You just sign in at the standing kiosks and wait for them to call. The down side to this is it isn't as private. Up to three patients can be in the one room they have for drawing blood. There is no bed/bench like some places have, in case you need to lay down. Sometimes I get dizzy and have to lay down. The lady who did my blood work was very nice and had a great bedside manner. It's not my favorite thing to do so it's good when you have nice people who are willing to keep your mind off of it.
