I've been having regular blood work done for the last 6 months or so at another local company, which has been an absolutely miserable experience. I decided to change it up and try Quest and the experience was excellent. There is no front desk, so you have to check in using the iPad in the waiting area, but if you book in advance, it's very easy. I was in the waiting room for about 5-7 minutes, blood drawn and out the door within 15-20. Very organized and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

First I go online and access their website, sign in and go to make an appointment. You put in your zip code and the nearest Quest comes up. I usually do it a few weeks before my appointment, especially in season. You pick out the time and they send you a code to use when you check in. I go to Quest in the Merchant's Shopping Center. It is in the strip mall between Motor Vehicles and the Kava Shop. I try to get an early appointment, especially since I was fasting. Today's was at 7:40, just perfect because I live only 10 minutes away. I check in using my license and insurance card. Then my name goes on an electronic screen, which shows my first name and last initial and the time of my appointment. The staff is super nice and efficient and I was called with 15 minutes of my arrival. I gave my orders to the staff member and she enters it and prints out the labels for each test. They have really streamlined the process. The staff are experts and I'm done before I know it. I am out so quickly that Dave doesn't really have time to read the paper! You won't be sorry. The office, reception area and patient rooms are impeccable. My lab tech's name was Gabby, I believe. She was excellent. There is one area that I would address. The touch screens that are used by every person that enters aren't wiped down. I believe they need to be cleaned periodically throughout the day. Otherwise, I was very happy.
