I decided to change it up and try Quest and the experience was excellent. There is no front desk, so you have to check in using the iPad in the waiting area, but if you book in advance, it's very easy. I was in the waiting room for about 5-7 minutes, blood drawn and out the door within 15-20. Very organized and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment and literally was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They have even streamlined the check in process and since I had an appointment all I needed for check in was to scan my drivers license! Amazing! Most of the results are in already, early this morning. I hate to look at them but can't resist lol! The employees are very efficient and the whole process is very quick. So if you have to do it. You won't be sorry. The office, reception area and patient rooms are impeccable. My lab tech's name was Gabby, I believe. She was excellent. There is one area that I would address. The touch screens that are used by every person that enters aren't wiped down. I believe they need to be cleaned periodically throughout the day. Otherwise, I was very happy.
