I was very nervous about coming here but I have to say staff was very nice and good at their job everything flowed smoothly. Chelsea took care of me and it was the easiest blood drawn I've ever gotten she did an efficient and phenomenal job. I will warn you though you should probably make an appointment before coming. walk ins usually take hours but my appointment was right on time I just walked it by the time I checked in. read more

i have NEVER had to leave a negative review anywhere as i am someone who believes in simply keeping bad input privately, however this quest takes the cake. the phlebotomist who worked there with long dark hair and is apparently the only bilingual person in the office is beyond disrespectful, and deserves to have her phlebotomy license taken away because of how unprofessional she was and how DISGUSTING her behavior was. they perform the incorrect procedures and attempt to charge you or your insurance to fix an issue THEY caused. instead of actually doing their job, they all gather in one room and gossip so loudly you can hear them laughing while they make you wait even longer. this Quest is an absolute JOKE. read more

*PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE VISTING THIS LOCATION: it's convenient, but it's not worth it unless you want someone to shove shit in your face and give you an attitude* Today I had an appointment to turn in a specimen. This was my second time trying to get the specimen turned in- the first time I was told I needed to do it again because it was supposed to be frozen not refrigerated. On the specimen bottle itself and on the bag was written: "REFRIDGERATE" IN SHARPIE I should have expected the appointment to not go well the moment I heard her mispronounce my name twice, and again despite me correcting her. Mind you, she was in fact very fluent in English and the name is a basic English word. From one Hispanic person to another, there was absolutely no excuse- she just didn't care considering she looked extremely annoyed and bothered by anyone and everything. The people helping me in my appointments to that point were kind and respectful, but I have never been disrespected as badly as I was today by anyone in my life, and I mean that by no exaggeration. I was treated like I was an idiot for bringing in a specimen that was slightly over the red line. Mind you there is absolutely no warning on the bottle, it's packaging, or its information pamphlets not to exceed that line, just to add specimen TO that line. I have had specimens refused elsewhere in the past for insufficient quantity, so I filled to the line but it went slightly over by no more than a centimeter. This wasn't my intention but it was the second time i've tried to do this sample already for issues outside of my control. The girl who took my sample handled it like it was disgusting, which made me feel embarrassed, and she goes to show it to a coworker who says "Where's the liquid?" There was never any liquid in the bottle to begin with. Then she asks me as well and I tell her "there was no liquid." She leaves and then comes back with a new specimen container and starts basically scolding me for the sample being over the line. I have had such a hard time trying to get this sample turned in because of health restrictions making it difficult for me to make the specimen. She holds my specimen in front of me, which at this point I should let you know is stool, and I mean she quite literally shoved it in my face and treated me like an idiot by saying "See, it is clearly over the line. Either you fix this or you do it again it's up to you." She was still handling it like it was disgusting and even making disgusted facial expressions at me. Nowhere on the container does it say not to fill past that line, and It was only one centimeter over. All that aside, I would have been okay with being told this if I was treated like a basic human being and not like an idiotic nuisance. But to literally shove shit in my face and act that way with me for a specimen I urgently need processed for my health issues and then treat me that was beyond belief. I would usually express my displeasure with being treated this way on the spot, but I was legitimately baffled by the audacity and disrespect of someone who is supposedly a health care professional. I have never seen anyone be treated this way in any health care institution. Unfortunately for her, I am not an idiot, and I am very well acquainted with how health care professionals do act through my own work. This location might be convenient, but it's not worth it unless you want someone to shove shit in your face and give you an attitude. read more

Last time I went there I was stuck 3-4 times because the tech wouldn't listen to me about where to stick me. Then I told her I wasn't fasting so my lipids test weren't necessary. When I looked at my results I found she had reported that I was fasting and was refusing some of the tests. She completely failed to do the CBC! When I called the help desk I was on hold for over 14 minutes. I told the rep that I was going in tomorrow morning to get my CBC completed. She told me I had to have an appointment. I told her no way! Your tech screwed up and I WILL get my CBC done tomorrow morning because I have surgery scheduled next week. I think I got my point across. read more

everyone was super nice but i waited almost two hours on saturday just for them to tell me that they don't do drug screenings on saturdays. if you didn't have to check in at a kiosk maybe people wouldn't be as confused and have to deal with issues like this. it's just super unnecessary, having an actual person to talk to is best i don't understand why they use them in the first place. read more

These poor people are over worked and I'm sure underpaid. They treat you awesome but their appointment schedule is a absolute joke. You set up an appointment and your lucky to get out of this place in two hours. Quest management needs to get their sh*t together. read more

Today 01/26/2023, for the second time, I was there to do some labs on my mother, a 76-year-old woman with many chronic conditions and difficulty walking alone, which is why she uses a cane. The appointment was for 06:40 am so I had to get up and get her dressed very early everything went well until we got to room #4 of the phlebotomy. She refused to do the Labs on my mom because the doctor's office had not put the diagnosis on the official lab form no matter how much she begged, she refused to help me and my mom couldn't do the labs. I just spoke with the Doctor's office and they realized the error from day one and electronically sent the form more one week ago correctly signed and with the medical diagnosis. I don't understand why the phlebotomy that treated me couldn't search the system and correct that error? I am really frustrated by the lab for their lack of competence and professionalism. My second experience there was fatal. I think that to work in the health system with patients you have to have compassion. read more

This place is absolutely terrible, got in at 9:00am and waited for 3hours for a simple drug test, all I had to do was piss in a cup and for some reason they made me wait 3 hours. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else read more
