The facility is clean. I have been going to this location for two years regularly. The staff had always been accommodating and courteous, however, this time, unfortunately I cannot say the same. There was a little confusion on my lab order papers and it was straightened out very nicely with the person at the window. An employee, by the name Leslie who was very rude, abrupt and loud implying that I was not grateful for the services. Other patients looked at me in shock. She shows no compassion towards patients and I feel she is unfit to provide services, especially at this location where there are a high percentage of elderly people. read more
