Care Quality. I came in for bloodwork and urine specimen. They handed me the urine specimen bottle and said that I could just to knock on the door and they would let me in. I returned in a matter of five minutes, and apparently they decided to close without explaining that they would close in five minutes . they saw me at the door but the door and wouldn't let anybody in. They are very rude and unprofessional. I would not use this location on Fowler Street. read more

This is the worst lab service in Naples. Impersonal. No one assists you. If you try to speak with a representative, you always end up in a chat with a robot. It's impossible for anyone to help you get your results. read more

We got here early and checked in at the Kiosk. Then we got the text message to click the link to checkin. We did that. Oh, we'll that kicks you OUT of the active queue you just were added to. This added another 19min to my wait. Didn't start my day off great. Some more clear instructions on checkin would be useful. read more

In a word, incompetent. Self service check in kiosk for a customer facing business is a horrible way to conduct business. The service tech couldn't find or a fax number to send the blood work results to. Requested I wait 2 hours until the primary care office opened to get the fax number. BTW the fax number for the primary office on on their phone message. 2nd terrible experience with Quest, I though the first time was just a one off/bad day, turns out in my case Quest is not the service provider for me, I will not be back. read more

Pros and cons with this location. I'm very impressed at the gentleman at the door. He was taking temperatures and has a list of appointments. The waiting room has gloves and hand sanitizer and socially distanced. It is also clean. All wonderful. HOWEVER... I made an appointment for 1230.. Why bother making an appointment if you still have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Please hire more people so this process can be more efficient. I understand it's season,but then why have appointments? read more

You are great when we come there in person BUT by internet or phone to cancel an appointmeent does not seem possible. The phone message is long, very long, and provides no way to cancel or to talk with a person. read more

The worst experience! Rude personnel!! When I arrived I registered, after 15 min of waiting, I inquired (to a very rude technician, who didn't have time for for me) that others were checking-in and then taken right away. I was told I wasn't in the system for an appt that day, which is wrong, as my appt was verified on their web site. Then the rude personnel proceeded to tell me they were NOT taken walk-ins... and that was that, she walked away! read more

Horrible customer service. They clearly don't realize the patients coming in have bigger issues than a long day at work. On top of being extremely rude, She said we didn't have the test code on our paper, made us go back even though we knew what we needed, and get the paper from the other place... only to find out the test code was on the original paper. read more

I have been to this facility many times and have had the same general opinion on each visit. 1. The majority of staff does not speak English as its first language. Understanding them is frequently difficult. 2. Making an appointment is not a local matter. It's a national number. 3. It's very difficult to ever talk by phone with a local office worker. 4. You can't make an appointment by calling the local office. 4. Once they take a blood sample they do not and will not send a copy of the results to other medical providers or to you as the patient upon request. 5. There location is in a 6-10 unit mini mall. It has a lovely tree blocking it's view from the street. It is not possible to view the building until you have completely passed the building. This caused me to miss an appointment by about 2 minutes. 6. I needed a blood test and made an appointment at a time when I was substantially disabled due to an ankle surgery. I needed a walker. After I passed the building location (due to tree blockage) I proceeded to the next mall and did not find the Quest location, so I proceeded back to the first mall. After checking in (through a computer set-up), my name showed up as a "walk-in" without an appointment. Upon speaking to the front desk lady, I was told that I missed their 10 minute late arrival time, so I would be placed on the non-appointment waiting list. I now could get my blood test in about 2 hours. Since I had just had ankle surgery, was in substantial pain, and was on a walker, I asked if I could be put back on the appointment list. This would have put me in place to get the blood test in about 10 minutes. No, this was not possible. 7. I have now made other arrangements. Quest Diagnostics is permanently fired and I now look forward to dealing with a firm that will take care of its customers/patients. Everything this company does is based upon corporate convenience. The entire process supports them, but not the customer. Run, Run, Run. You will be happier in almost any other place!!!! read more

I have had to go here for blood work several times. The system here does not work. One example recently I needed blood work for an operation that will be performed in another state. I came in with the prescription to see if there would be any problem getting the blood work done there. They looked at it and said no problem. I went in today and was told that the physician is not in their system, so they cannot do it. I need to contact him to get the information for them. This is just one example. I don't want to go into more detail, but they are terribly run. I think they know they have a captive clientele and don't care about customer service. read more

Can't call anyone no phone numbers and you only get a recording to tell you to go the web site!! They never sent my lab work to my doctor in Mi that I highlighted His name. Today was the second time I have been here. It will also be the last. Not clean, not competent, not skilled. Staff is very rude. Left without having blood drawn after being stuck.......Blood draws are never pleasant however this site makes it AWFUL. After the first experience I was reluctant to return but gave them a chance to redeem. Never again. read more

This center let me sit for one hour and a half. I signed in and saw my name come up on the screen only to never be called and kept being put down to a later time. I made an appointment and finally someone told me that I made it incorrectly but I should have been considered a walk in just by my signing in at 9:15. I could not get anyone to tell me why I was not being called. I asked twice and finally after being there until 11:00 the technician said that they were not going to take me. I had fasted and hadn't eaten since 7:00 pm the night before. I have a history of dehydration. This situation could have created a health risk for me. These technicians have no empathy for the elderly . They could not even be bothered to tell me that I was not going to be taken even when there only two people in the waiting room. Quest must be desperate for technicians to allow situations like this to occur in. the medical field. Shame on all of you. read more

When I entered the office today, the 2 employees in the lobby were clustered together at the far end, chatting together in Spanish, as were the patients in the lobby. I walked over to complete the check in, and one of the girls turned to me and YELLED 'You have appointment?' If she had been waiting by the front door as she should have been, she could have checked my temperature as I entered, which is what they are supposed to do. It took several minutes for them to call my name. I was disappointed that Lily wasn't there (she is the only reason I go to this god awful place). I had difficulty understanding the tech. Quest has incorrect insurance information on file for me - I have been dealing with this for the past 7 years, and Lily knows how to enter my correct information, so that it doesn't get botched up by the insurance companies. I had to give a urine specimen. The bathroom is disgusting - the toilet seat has been broken for the 7 years I have been going to Quest - why can't you fix the toilet seat, or put in a new one? The waste basket was overflowing with trash and had a large, orange urinal container sitting on the top of the pile. There were drops of BLOOD on the floor below the toilet seat and blood on the sink. This is not the first time I have seen this at this location. Once an elderly man bled all the way down the hallway, and the tech yelled at him for bleeding, and barely dabbed up the blood with a Kleenex. This is disgusting and deplorable - I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. read more
