Checkin was easy at the monitor, My wait was only about 15 minutes. The friendly lady that drew my blood was nice and gentle. She did a good job. No pain and I was out of there within 20 minutes, but the secret was , I arrived early. Labcorp has a comfortable waiting area TV with the local news the AC mades it nice. Labcorp recommends appointments and I agree but if you get there early, you can slip in without a long wait

I digitally check in, while walking to the waiting room from the parking lot. I get the text "you will be called soon, head to the waiting area" - Fantastic! I'm already in the waiting area. I proceed to wait for 20 minutes, my name is never called. Finally, because there is zero reception, that person has been replaced by an iPad. Sad but true. I ask the next employee who opens the door. She says, we already called you. I tell her that I have been there since checking in. She says "Well, I don't know what to tell you." and then says I can keep waiting until they can call me. I had another appointment and had to leave. This is the second time I tried to use Quest Diagnostic and had a similar experience. And the attitude is just the cherry on top. It's blood testing, not rocket science, and they just can't get it right. Oh and if you think they have a phone number or any type of way to hear from you as a customer. Forget it. They don't.

I've never had my arm soo sore after a blood draw this is crazy. I'll never go back to this location it hurt so bad she shouldn't be trusted with a needle that's very scary.

Instead of just calling the Chester location to see if they were offering x-rays, she told us we could drive over there ourselves and check. Unhelpful and lazy. I ended up calling and was told that Chester was providing x-rays but that the wait time would be extra long because this location wasn't doing them. I went to the restaurant across the parking lot for information to the location where I was informed that everybody has to go into and ask where they are located. It has been over a week so I called to check on my status. I ended up with a male on the phone who wanted to give me the bums rush and seemed irritated. I waited a bit and called back where I received courteous help from a female staff who was polite and helped me through the process.It feels like a government contracted agency that is just their to collect tax dollars. All and all my experience was negative except for the friendly voice on my second call.

Friendly lady checked us in she required birth certificate drivers license or a passport. We were called back by Loren after 5 minutes. My wife was first Loren asked a few questions as she entered all her information on a screen that we were able to follow. Loren entered all our information, finger prints and a picture were taken. Loren was friendly very proficient she completed my wife's application in 10 minutes. I was next she finished just as fast no paperwork everything was completed on a keyboard and screen. There is a $78 charge for each application we should hear back within a week after a background check. The time and hassle we saved was worth it. It was easy process especially with Loren she was very pleasant and knows her job well
