I went there for a TSA pre-check with an appointment. The building is dingy and unmarked except for a very small sign . They are aware of this as well. I went to the restaurant across the parking lot for information to the location where I was informed that everybody has to go into and ask where they are located. It has been over a week so I called to check on my status. I ended up with a male on the phone who wanted to give me the bums rush and seemed irritated. I waited a bit and called back where I received courteous help from a female staff who was polite and helped me through the process.It feels like a government contracted agency that is just their to collect tax dollars. All and all my experience was negative except for the friendly voice on my second call. read more

We needed TSA priority passes for a coming vacation. ARCpoint Labs was recommended. We didn't have a appointment, we were lucky there was no waiting. Friendly lady checked us in she required birth certificate drivers license or a passport. We were called back by Loren after 5 minutes. My wife was first Loren asked a few questions as she entered all her information on a screen that we were able to follow. Loren entered all our information, finger prints and a picture were taken. Loren was friendly very proficient she completed my wife's application in 10 minutes. I was next she finished just as fast no paperwork everything was completed on a keyboard and screen. There is a $78 charge for each application we should hear back within a week after a background check. The time and hassle we saved was worth it. Scheduled an appointment for TSA Pre-check online. Online process was very easy, I selected this location which was closest to me. My appointment was at 9:30 am, and they instructed I take in my passport. By 9:37 I was already out and ready to go. They charged $78 and the entire process was a breeze. The staff that helped me in the back was very pleasant and quick. They said it would take about a week at most to get my KTN but I received it within 2 days. Saved a ton of time here and will save a ton of time when traveling. Would definitely recommend ! read more

This place is dirty and not officiate. There counter tops are dusty, there computers are dusty, they are not a clean environment. They do not teach their externs how to do anything related to lab work. One girls voice is extremely fake and unprofessional she speaks like she is at a tea party or talking to puppies. They speak very loudly about other patient information I could hear a man's results to a drug test all the way from the lobby. read more

My sister-in-law told me about this place to get a covid test. Decided to try it as every urgent care in Bakersfield was booked. She tested negative. I tested negative. And we were both sick. It cost us both $125, as they don't accept insurance. We bit the bullet and went and got tested at 2 different urgent care facilities. We both tested positive for covid. This place reminds of a clinic in Lamont or East Bakersfield. NEVER AGAIN! read more

NOT price gouging! Initially I agreed with the other reviewer about the price increase. However, after emailing this lab and the one in Monterey it turns out the cheaper price was for the rapid test and the more expensive one is a lab based test (which the Monterey lab said is more reliable), totally different tests. I went ahead and scheduled the lab based test for my mom and I. We went in last week. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I think it took maybe 10 minutes total. They answered all my questions and the results were sent quicker than expected. I have recommended them to friends. read more

Apparently, once you've been tested for covid-19 here you're CURED AND DON'T NEED TO WEAR A MASK! . Initially when I arrived it wasn't busy. I was there for a maximum of 5 mins and within those few mins the small lobby got crowded and several patients walked right by us after being tested ... and yes WITHOUT a mask. Shame on this company for not enforcing social distancing. This is why CA is a hot spot. Have an attendant watching the door and taking temperatures to mitigate patient flow and perhaps have a separate exit to minimize risk of contact OR at the very least require them to wear a mask before exiting through a crowded lobby. Was sent by work for rapid covid testing due to possible exposure. Long wait in line outside. Brought into small waiting room with about 10 other people. Employees wearing paper mask only and the same pair of gloves. The person who actually performed nasal swab was also wearing paper mask only and one glove! Looked like he was working out of restroom in back of building. Not impressed at all. No proper precautions done. With that said the staff was extremely friendly and I did get results in about 45 mins. read more

This place is not providing accurate COVID testing. Their products originated from China (no shade) & have a 10% accuracy rate- meaning even if you tested negative.... you can STILL have it! Do NOT go here. Major red flag- the results come in same day, but the hospital & urgent care facilities take up to 7 businesses days? Make it make sense. read more

Employees went to get a insurance required drug test. The building has it posted that its a Covid-19 testing site. The entire lobby had a line through it and stared to extend outside. About 15 people in a small lobby not social distancing and not wearing mask, many of them there asking the front desk about covid testing and not wearing a mask. They did not try to separate individuals wanting a covid test from other patients. Our employees were smart enough to observe what was going on and leave quickly. I normally would not be concerned how a private business or individual chooses to practice covid prevention but this facility is a "Covid Testing Site", i would consider it a high risk for a hot spot situation. They are supposed to be medical professionals, how can they be so irresponsible! read more

If you have to come here be prepared to wait. The staff is extremely slow. They do not have enough staff to Handel the volume of customers. The staff does not have any concerns for the customers that are waiting. This is the second time I have had to come here and both times it has been over a two hour wait.
