It's now been 47 minutes!!!!! There is a screen that displays your name (abbreviated) and your wait time, it went down to 7 minutes, I was the second in line and I'm back to being 4th in line with an additional 15 min wait. This is a JOKE! I understand that people with appointments have priority over walk-ins but maybe have nurses work with either in order to get walk-ins moving too. I won't return!

The instructions are pretty clear, you put your license upside down in the tray, it's scanned. Your information is displayed on the screen and you make sure that it's correct and then proceed to take a seat. Depending on how crowded it is, it might take a while before your turn comes. The phlebotomist calls your name, and directs you to one of two stations. Your ID is verified before they do anything. The entire procedure takes about two minutes and you're out of there .

The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road.
