Arrived early for a fasting blood test ordered by my doctor, for an upcoming procedure. There are 2 check-in kiosks. The instructions are pretty clear, you put your license upside down in the tray, it's scanned. Your information is displayed on the screen and you make sure that it's correct and then proceed to take a seat. Depending on how crowded it is, it might take a while before your turn comes. The phlebotomist calls your name, and directs you to one of two stations. Your ID is verified before they do anything. The staff at the site have no business being in Healthcare. They have no people skills at all. I've had blood drawn twice and each time I've gotten a huge hematoma with severe bruising. Both times from a trashy phlebotomist with tattoos all over her arms. I will never return. Also, I have seen similar complaints that go back several years. Isn't anyone listening? New check-in kiosks are a digital disaster. Won't check in. Asked for help and they said I need to check in but the kiosk just has spinning bar and keeps asking are you still here. No help from front desk. Been trying to check in for 25 minutes and still can't do it. read more

I am an eighty five year old senior citizen, and I went to lapcor because my lab didn't do certain tests. I walked in and I have a self. Check-in machine and I pulled out my license and tried to do it and couldn't. So I went to the desk and asked the woman if she could sign me in. She told me I had to do it myself, and I told her I wasn't able to, and I already tried. She told me I did not try and I had to do it myself, and I explained to her that my hands shake and I am not able to do it, and she still would not sign me in. So I took my license and prescription back, and when to their other location in poughkeepsie, and was treated with respect I quote and made a complaint with the supervisor and of course, the woman lied to her and said that she told me to take a seat and she would check me in and that is not true. I had to burn your in the next day.So rather than go all the way up to pokepsy, I went to fish, kill again, and it was a new person, and it was the same story.She told me I had to do it myself, and I told her that her supervisor said she is supposed to check me in. She finally did with a very nasty attitude. We'll never be going back there again. read more

They Need A Black Star for LESS then 1 star. 7:15am my wife went this morning and the short lady with dark hair, what a B...itch. My wife walked out on her appointment and that's the rudest unprofessional person she's ever met. I Had the same experience with her with no mask She said it was "mandatory " but they weren't supplying them. Our Family which is very large will never step foot in that one ever again. The one in Poughkeepsie is farther away for us but they are much kinder and it's worth the extra time and trip to go there for now on. That lady needs to remove her "White medical jacket and be removed for the public's safety. Period read more

I highly recommend LabCorp, in Fishkill, NY. Very clean, the techs work with each other as a Team. I feel confident, not afraid of being jabbed. I have rolling tiny veins. Quite a challenge. Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Julie. Extremely competent & caring. This is what is missing in most Labs. Since I have been going here for years, I get very hesitant & antsy when a Drs group demands you go to their labs. Not me. LabCorp is the ONLY reliable Lab I frequent & trust. The long time Labcorp technician/front end person is professional and a very nice and pleasant person. Plus, she knows how to draw blood well because it didn't hurt when I went in today. I can only imagine the entitled, miserable and nasty clients the personnel have to deal with on a regular basis. So, she is to be highly commended for her efforts. I have been to Lapcorp numerous times. The desk staff is very friendly and the techs are very nice and efficient. I like that I can check in from my car and wait there until I am called. Easy to book appointment online also. Bravo to Lapcorp. read more

Not only do the women that work here not know how to admit their mistakes, they try to belittle you in the process. I was told to learn the meaning of the word "missing" because I had to come in again for a lab test they overlooked. After waiting about 20-30 minutes, they located my original script, and it was quite obvious that they in fact missed one of the tests. It is such a shame that such incompetent employees are the face of Labcorp. read more

What I am about to write about happened last month. I was at Lab Corp in westage getting my blood drawn and everything was going fine. I had left and noticed I left my purse there and immediately when back when I noticed. Low and behold, my purse had vanished. I called the state police and they reviewed the footage, a little after I had left a worker was seen *on camera* walking out into the parking lot with something under her jacket (my purse) she was clenching her arm to the jacket and proceeded to throw something under a car (my wallet) and kick it. Then she decided to MOVE HER CAR to the other side of the parking lot and proceed on with her day. It is very ironic my wallet was found right where she threw something on the ground. This was not just 50 dollars on cash I had. I had a little north of 600 dollars in my wallet and every single PENNY was gone (she literally took my change too). This is the same woman who said that she would have her supervisor call me and kept asking if I "had any luck" finding my belongings. No I didn't because you're the one that stole it!! Also, obviously the supervisor never called me. The state police had went there to get her to confess, she did not. So basically she got away with stealing all my cash, my Moschino bag, my AirPods, and my burberry perfume. At least you can smell good now sister! You know exactly who you are and I hope karma bites you where it hurts, have the year you deserve. You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing from someone 2 weeks before Christmas. As for patients reading this, I would suggest Quest Diagnostics off Main Street to get your blood drawn, and if you're going to continue going here; watch your belongings like a hawk. I would give zero stars if it were an option. read more

I agree with the Previous Comment of 10-27-20 about the staff undermining Patients know how and intelligence, which required me to contact the site Mgr who was very helpful, and Polite. The staff need to know that they are there to serve the Patients and NOT play role of arrogant Medical Practitioner. Many errors occur in the industry and has occured in my case at this Facility. Therefore, to prevent it from happening, when I asked about the Prescription they had on file, the response was with anger with a talk down attitude. That has to change for mutual benefit of the operation and the patients using their services! read more

Drive to another facility, TRUST ME AND DRIVE TO ANOTHER FACILITY!!!!!!! If you have all your documents 100% correct and is 100% sure nothing can go wrong, by all means go get service here however if you cannot guarantee the doctor has the right coding for the procedure, if the doctor didn't hand you a form, if you don't have your medical coverage card and identification just go to another facility. They do bare minimum. They will not even pick up a phone to make a phone call. They will hand you a business card and tell you to figure it out and come back. BARE MINIMUM with some eye rolling and refusal to service you because you took to much time to sort your situation.
