Charles has been phenomenal in helping us decide if a house we are considering buying is safe for our health issues (and, if not, what we can do to make it safe. the tests aren't all back yet!). Tho he had to travel quite a way, his inspection was meticulous and beyond thorough. He spent nearly 8 hours going into every nook and cranny. He knows where to look, how to ensure the home is safe including the furnace and HVAC system. He was also very careful with making sure we would not overspend on unnecessary tests which we appreciate (altho we went for some more expensive ones at the get go anyway). And then after that full day, he hustled to make fedex to ensure the tests would be evaluated in a safe and expeditious timeline and THEN dropped off the cultures to the lab in person. Further, bc of the purchase timeline, he rescheduled other clients to be able to assess our house so we could get all tests back within our inspection timeline. He is also very well versed on newer technologies and proper remediation techniques for air handling and venting systems. Highly, highly ,highly recommend!

If you wish to do work on a property, you will likely need a permit to show that you have the authority to perform the work based on plans the Department of Buildings has approved. Our commitment to owning and driving the permit expediting process is the cornerstone of our team. That is why we have devised a complete permit management service. While part of the permit management process is expediting, there is a better approach to project completion. We integrate with your full design and development team, in real-time, as an extension of your organization. By working with our permit management program, we can reduce the expected project completion time.

It is extremely rare to find any business that is able to maintain outstanding service year after year. From the first contact to the final report, they provide first in class service. What I particularly love is the education they provide my clients. I had a buyer who was petrified about buying a home with a septic system. They had a thorough PowerPoint presentation and very patiently answered all her questions. They subsequently found several issues but they handled it like true professionals and were able assuage all her concerns. Their reports were thorough and meticulously detailed, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations. I appreciated how they highlighted both critical issues and minor concerns, giving my client a complete picture of their home.
