(currently acquired by Adapt inc.) at the address noted, for some unknown branch Of Crystal Run Healthcare. They were two entirely different unrelated entities. The IRA being a group home for individuals who are dully diagnosed with both developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders. Last known to be designated for those with severe behavioral concerns. It absolutely should not be mistaken for the other, which would be a walk in healthcare clinic and clearly at a different address.

However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice.
