The surgery was not due to an emergency. The scheduling and pre-op clearance took a few weeks. NBD. During intake the staff at the desk was professional and compassionate. As far as I know, they took care of the insurance processing. RN Steve was reassuring and thorough, setting me up pre-op. Met Dr. Smith the anesthesiologist who verified who I was and where the surgery would be. Dr. Parajon Podiatrist did a Kidner procedure on my right foot. I was informed the day before, to be there at 06:15 hours. ATPO (time and place of occurrence) everyone went over the what was going to happened and a post-op plan and verified who I am. Dr.'s Smith and Parajon said the operation takes about 1/2 hour, I'll be under sedation approximately two hours. I remember seeing it was 08:30 on the wall clock and my foot bandaged. By about 10 am my ride arrived and via hospital wheelchair transport away we went. Overall it was easy peasy.

I came out and saw Dr. Coleman He kept talking. Went to front desk to tell them the Valae gentleman said the close at 4pm. I have to leave and quick get my car. Both valet guys waited for me and helped me in the car. A really nice ending to a bad experience. Never looked back. I'd reconsider Dr. Coleman But that's what my very first impression was today

NOT ER. This is a medical appointment with Dr Choi So far,…read moreso good. Arrival experience: Valet parking was smooth with friendly valet. Walked directly in to the lobby reception and was greeted by two friendly desk associates. The check in required photo identification for both of us. Clear instructions to the Dr Office on the first floor. DR CHOI's office: Checked in by Kelly~ friendly and efficient. Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Erica and student Tammy greeted us and requested the script ~ we directed them to the desk agent. Within a minute, they left for X-ray. More pleasant staff. All is going smoothly for Radiology. I will review Dr Choi separately.

From the moment I arrived, I was quickly swept up in the smooth and caring processing and care of hospital staff: after a thorough preliminary exam, I was soon transferred to the hospital itself for 24 hours of careful and thoughtful treatment. I was deeply moved by the kind attention of every member of their staff and the warm dynamic they employed. Discharged yesterday, I am now slowly returning to normal thanks to the unquestioned care of this fine institution and dedicated staff. We are lucky to have this kind of quality option in the mid Hudson Valley.

So surprised to see any negative reviews for this practice! Dr. Sepulvada has been my plastic…read moresurgeon for over 20 years. He's taken me through various procedures to create natural looking results ( surgeries, Botox/ fillers) he knows my goal is to appear as if I've had no " work" done and that's the result! I trust him 1000%. He's very honest.... I went in for lip injections one time and he told me I didn't need them and explained why! He always make sure that my expectations are realistic, won't recommend anything if he thinks I don't need it, takes a huge amount of time with me, and errs on the side that less is more. If you can't take honest feedback, maybe he's not your best choice, but I WANT honesty. He suggested that I have my teeth fixed years ago when I was trying to better my smile! I took his advice and get more compliments on my natural smile! ( he was right, I wasn't fully smiling because my teeth were crowded) He has also removed pre- cancerous moles that required large excisions & I have little to no scarring ! He recommends non- surgical treatments ( types of facials, skin care) that will help with my aging process. I'm 61 and get regular compliments on my complexion & why I look pretty good in a swim suit at this age! And no one assumes I've had " work" done!! I'm honest and say I have the best plastic surgeon! And I do! I'm in such good hands with him. Prior to a breast surgery years ago, I asked the surgical tech before I was knocked out " Can you make sure he sits me up after he does the procedure to see how everything looks?" She said " Christine, he is an artist. He's listened to you & knows your expectations. You will be fine" and I was!!! And it's NEVER about suggesting costly procedures! I had a breast redo that cost me 1/2 because he got the manufacturer to cover the other 1/2!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about my 20+ years with Dr. Sepulvada!

Not a fan and would never go back ...... they did what they wanted and not what I wanted …read more..... spent over $12,000 . Plus the woman assistant In the back office , the one you see for a consultation was rude .......
