The instructions are pretty clear, you put your license upside down in the tray, it's scanned. Your information is displayed on the screen and you make sure that it's correct and then proceed to take a seat. Depending on how crowded it is, it might take a while before your turn comes. The phlebotomist calls your name, and directs you to one of two stations. Your ID is verified before they do anything. The entire procedure takes about two minutes and you're out of there .

Around 7:35 am a nurse comes walking in carrying her coffee & a bag. I said, "I thought you opened at 7:00 am?". Her reply, "We do, but I ran out to get my lunch." Go figure! Additionally, she unlocked the door and I signed into machine using my drivers license. A few minutes later, another patient arrives - someone elderly and frustrated using sign-in machine. Nurse kept just saying, "You're doing it wrong!". So I got up from waiting area to help her sign-in. Then two more patients arrive and sign-in. The nurse then proceeds to do all their paperwork. Its now almost 8:00 am. I know, not that long however I made this appointment early to get to work on time!! Finally get called into Room #1 at 7:58 AM. Again, not that long of time however, still later than expected. Nurse comes into the room to draw the blood. I asked for a Butterfly needle - she physically huffed and said, "I don't know if I have those needles as I just placed an order" and said she would have to go check the other rooms for a butterfly needle. She finally comes back and we start the process to draw blood only for her to complain that there are 10 vials to draw - I just kept quiet as she was drawing the blood! I finally got to work at 8:20 am and I'm located less than 1 mile from this location. Bad attitude. Late. Treated elderly woman poorly. Bad experience all the way around = never again!!

Now the lab person has to do that too. A 6:45 appt. Is still sitting here 45 min now. It will be an hour or more for me then. NOT the staff's fault for poor scheduling! This was a breath of fresh air - it's always so awkward to stand over a receptionist's desk and try to discuss personal information. I liked their set-up a lot - they were very professional and kind. I had a diagnostic bilateral mammogram (need them early because my mom had breast cancer young) and a follow-up bilateral breast ultrasound last month. The mammo tech is a doll - really knows her stuff and is very pleasant. Makes the experience very seamless.... the ultrasound tech was very nice too. The radiologist was a lot friendlier than I expected - most of the time, radiologists have no personality. He was really cool, though. My dad went there for a CT scan yesterday and reported a similarly pleasant experience. I would recommend coming here for your scans - it's a great place to do so if you need them!

My doctor confirmed twice that they sent my lab order to this lab…read more When I showed up for my 8 a.m. appointment, the technician (who was the only one working there) said she didn't have the lab order and that there was nothing she could do to help. She was extremely rude when I pointed out that their phone message said a technician would help call the doctor if the lab order was missing, and said that was an "old message." Yet, when I called MULTIPLE TIMES the day before, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. This was a giant waste of time and I feel duped as a customer. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters to discuss this matter.

The doctor was an hour late, and obviously in a rush. I was then asked if I had anal sex and never about my diet. I called a number of times to speak with a supervisor but was told they were all in meetings over a two day period and was hung up on twice. I could go on. Be kind to yourself and find a practice that is personable and professional. I went there needing help and never expected to be treated so badly. This practice gets a negative star.
