In addition to losing my radon test, being unresponsive to my questions about said radon test and my questions about the obvious lead paint on the property, they also signed off on the oil tank, which was as old as the midcentury house, leaking, and had PVC pipe that was not up to code. Within months of my purchase, my oil provider put me on the stop fill list because my tank was not up to code, costing me more than $4k to replace in order to be able to get oil to be able to heat my home in sub-freezing weather with a toddler in the house. I brought this to their attention more than a week ago with no response. I am deeply disappointed with their work and have since had great experiences with other inspectors since, whom I would gladly recommend. Do not trust the Trusted Inspection Services.

He had a typical response time of minutes over text. Setting up an appointment was quick. The inspection itself was in-depth, clocking in at around four hours. After which he churned out an incredibly detailed 68-page report. He addressed our follow-up questions on a dozen subsequent occasions, several of them over the phone. His professionalism, thoroughness, patience, and communication skills are simply second to none.

Our initial office contact was with Jacqueline and she was great but then Chrissy took over and I can't say enough about her! She was always available for questions and despite being super busy she was able to move our project date up to accommodate our earlier closing date and communicated with our town building inspector throughout. At the house, Roger, Ross and Aaron were efficient, thorough and personable. They were really nice guys who left the front of the house the same way it looked before they pulled the tank out! You seriously can't tell they were even here! The price was as quoted without additional fees. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any job.

It is extremely rare to find any business that is able to maintain outstanding service year after year. From the first contact to the final report, they provide first in class service. They had a thorough PowerPoint presentation and very patiently answered all her questions. They subsequently found several issues but they handled it like true professionals and were able assuage all her concerns. Their reports were thorough and meticulously detailed, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations. I appreciated how they highlighted both critical issues and minor concerns, giving my client a complete picture of their home.
