Fast forward I upon referral from a general practitioner am referred back to this office for concern of possible enlarged prostate. Able to schedule an appointment relatively quick, I was surprised at that. On my scheduled appointment date. I'm seeing the same doctor I saw three years prior. He starts our visit with. "We never received your PSA results ". I responded my what? He states he requested a PSA test, wouldn't you think. If a doctor makes a request of a patient and the results never come in. That doctor would make contact with the patient? And now said doctor has retired and it's been over a month that I've been waiting for replacement doctor to receive a follow up appointment. This group isn't quick with replacement of retired doctors not communicating with patients with concerns of their health care.

Not one person called me the results, I was scheduled for a Colonoscopy, but had to cancel due a family emergency! My Doctor is annoyed with me due to the lapse of the Colonoscopy. I am quite stunned at this type of behavior, this is extremely unprofessional and very dangerous to myself, with the levels being so low; but no one Even bothered to call me with this information. It is truly a shame when the owners of this group wouldn't even respond to the letter my daughter sent to them when she was treated with such disrespect by a nurse in their Poughkeepsie office. She was in a lot of pain and made appt. to see her primary. When she got to her appt. she was told they couldn't see her for her pain, 'Don't have enough time, Your appt is for a follow up' which is what the front desk erroneously wrote for her visit. My daughter is soft spoken and tried to explain why she was there several times only to be told 'We don't have time for this.' The nurse did not even try to offer any help with their office mistake or show any compassion. The nurse showed such disregard, rudeness and mockery, so say daughter left without even being seen by the Dr and the nurse mockingly said 'Bye, Bye' when she left in tears. Believe me, we are not people to complain, but I know I won't return to this group! Shame on YOU!

The office makes it impossible to get any resolution - they're impossible to reach, and when we did, they were incredibly rude and acknowledged the error but wouldn't undo the billing. This is no isolated incident, it is an obvious pattern as you can see from other reviews here and on Google. Highly recommend staying away, this could happen to anyone.

I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.
