7/20/26 - saw Dr. Colman this morning for a chronic left knee complaint…read more I've had 3 silicone treatments and Cortizone shots in the last 10 months at different locations. I'm not the pill popping type to ameliorate every little discomfort, but to quell the pain I used Tylenol 500. That was minimally successful. Transdermal's: ie ForceFlex, Voltaren, and Salonpas helped and a neoprene sleeve with stays kept me walking with a cane, unsteadily, but still moving. ALL were out-of-pocket expenses, not covered by medical insurance. Dr. Colman is an excellent diagnostician. He asked a few questions, looked at the previous notes and palpated the knee. Observed that there is some arthritis and old meniscus injuries. Knee replacement is not an option at this time. Explaining the possible procedures that could be done in the office. The doctor exited the office; and while he was out a technician brought in an ultrasound, and the tools the doctor would need. Dr. Colman extracted approximately 25 ml's of synovial fluid from the left knee. Although it did hurt for a few minutes; the pain, instability, anxiety were all gone, afterward. I'm very satisfied. I don't want to sit around the house all day, because I can't get around without extreme pain. I have "bigger fish to fry". The office has a drive up entrance, plenty of free parking, several pleasant people at the reception desk who seem happy to see you. Plenty of restrooms and seating in the waiting areas. They take most medical Insurance and Medicare. I'm happy.

The deferred care was due to my travel schedule and that was on me. What is on them, however was a rigorous schedule of PT which I was devoted to that made my symptoms feel worse. The doctor there whose name escapes me, sent me to PT. After many many weeks, I went back to the physician, whose office is located right in the same building tells me he has no plan to fix the problem, but merely to deal with the symptoms. Back to the PT itself: the first visit was very thorough and attentive. Subsequent visits were basically feeling like one is on his or her own - you sign in and people are available if you have questions but in most cases, nobody's really checking to see if you're doing things properly or risking further injury. I went for many many weeks, always on time. Always early to check in on a very long line. My early appointments meant that I was one of just a handful of patients yet the one time I was online for an additional time causing me to get to the window. About five minutes late, they refused my appointment. That was kind of the last straw for me. They lost me as a patient and I would not recommend them unless they have made major changes to patient oversight/assistance during and throughout the physical therapy sessions, and get back to health and not wealth.

7/23/25 - orthopedic doctors and orthopedic surgery at this and the office in Poughkeepsie on route…read more9. I had no problem with reception. I was checked in quickly and then directed to the second floor; either by stairs or the elevator to the "Tan Waiting" area. I was there maybe a minute or two before a nurse came in and escorted me to one of the exam rooms. Saw the Dr. promptly. He explained the options available; surgery or physical therapy. P/T is the least invasive and would not have me incapacitated for a while. Seems like a viable option. The office staff set up everything I needed for the physical therapy. The building and the office are clean with easy access to and once inside

Walked in with my son, his diagnosis, and a full CD of X-rays in hand…read more Self-pay cost? $450. Fine. Waited 45 minutes. Doctor walks in.. no eye contact, no greeting, no bedside manner. Just rushed, irritated energy like we were wasting his time. He removed my son's splint, stuck a piece of gauze between his fingers, then fumbled with medical tape like he'd never used it before. Tape kept crumpling. My son actually asked, "Did this guy even go to college?" After a half-hearted tape job, we were shuffled out, but not before they made sure we scheduled a follow-up. The irony. We knew right then we'd never be back. Then came the bill: $350 "self pay" office visit (strange, I had to pay $450) $895 for "metacarpal fracture treatment" $595 for "finger fracture treatment" For some gauze and a few inches of tape. Next time I'll hand a roll of tape to the guy panhandling outside and probably get the same results for less. Absolute joke. Extremely disappointing.

Dr Sanders…read more Hopewell office, on the weekend 2025, I made online Appointment for Dr Sanders in Hopewell Sept 26. Nurse Monte called and asked if I get medicatio n for Chronic pain. My reason for visit servere headaches. She said that Dr Sanders does not give Pain medications. And wanted cancel the appointment if that was what I was coming for. I said same thing I said at Fishkill office. Extremely rude. Dr Sanders didn't care that visit I was in pain. Or that I took seven medications because I have a acute heart decease. Being so inhumane and down right meane and rude to cancel my Appt. I let them cancel the Appointment. What is Nuvance purpose anyway? And when told them about my many Medications they claim they NP Alexis from the Fishkill office wrote about me for medications list. Against me for what? I'm a patient with a Serious Heart Condtion. You can not imagine how much Stress Pain causes in a Heart Patient. As though I Did Something Wrong??! This cold evil attitude and right out lie. Part of Medicine is Pain Medication. It's on shelves of every Pharmacy in America. It's respected pharmacutical Industry. And I've been getting it for 8 years. I'm supposed have half a Doctor's half Care? But they wouldn't give Me Any Care. Like they were doing me a favor just going to A doctor's appt. All my medications are by only Medical Doctors. And to make matters worst, their so called Pain Management involves no pain Medications. But what they call "alternatives ". Then I'm supposed travel around on pain to Poughkeepsie. Poughkeepsie is far and dangerous. I'm supposed go far. And pay some Guru to some weird experiments on me. Like hormone injections. The Hospital tried alternatives until had to give me butabital for servere headaches. An alternative is supposed my choice. I've been taking very lite pain medications with my heart, and other Medications for 12 years. They are no complications. They work. They very therapeutic. It gives me rest. Helps me to Sleep. All this hateful very stressful malpractice of lying to a Patient. Nuvance is a bad place. I never wanted go. But 2x I tried it was a disaster. I woukd give zero if that were possible
