It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.

The adjustments did not help. I was even feeling worse at one point and the doctors kept saying "oh yeah it's normal to feel worse at first" - with no real legitimate explanation. I did eventually feel a little better but I don't think it was because of their adjustments. I found the doctors either condescending or creepy. When I asked one of the drs if he recommends any exercises to strengthen my back, maybe something that isn't as intense as what I normally do which is deadlifts, since my back is still recovering, he said "You do deadlifts?" and literally laughed in my face. (I'm a young woman.) That was the last straw. I feel like these people actually do take themselves seriously and believe they're helping. So maybe some clients sense that and believe in them. My back pain never improved. I decided to terminate my membership, and they wanted me to do it in person. I'm old enough to know that's a marketing trick. I told them I would not waste another second of my time in that office, and they finally canceled it. Look, if you have a deep pain like I had, this place is not for you. Although I've never had to use Dr. Ness's chiropractic skill his active release therapy skills have kept me moving for longer that I deserve to.
