My reason for visit servere headaches. She said that Dr Sanders does not give Pain medications. And wanted cancel the appointment if that was what I was coming for. I said same thing I said at Fishkill office. Extremely rude. Dr Sanders didn't care that visit I was in pain. Or that I took seven medications because I have a acute heart decease. And when told them about my many Medications they claim they NP Alexis from the Fishkill office wrote about me for medications list. Against me for what? I'm a patient with a Serious Heart Condtion. It's on shelves of every Pharmacy in America. It's respected pharmacutical Industry. And I've been getting it for 8 years. I'm supposed have half a Doctor's half Care? We arrive at the NEW office location (same one visited weeks ago) 6.2 miles back, and the reception people are extremely rude, unapologetic, brusque, etc. We noticed people protesting at the new location for two months. I was happy to be able to get all this done on one day as my older kids would be out of school for the Veteran's day holiday. Children's Medical Group said they were opened. What they didn't tell me was that there would be an additional $35 (holiday fee) per child that my insurance doesn't cover. I am not happy with the crazy additional fees this practice has been charging me lately. This is only one of several incidents.

Ten days later -- after repeated follow-ups on my part -- I was finally told I'd be responsible for my co-pay plus balance. When I checked directly with my insurance carrier, I learned MOST is out of network. This should have been communicated from the very beginning. Instead, I lost 10 days waiting in pain for treatment I couldn't even receive under my plan. Patients deserve honesty and transparency about insurance coverage up front. Very disappointed.

He was extremely knowledgable and always took the time to explain everything to me as well as make sure I did the exercises correctly with proper form.
