Ok driving thru town ( in a big Trk) and found this place on Yelp down the st from the Pilot Trk stop. They are very nice and knowledgable of chiropractic ( even tho they r very young). I'm saying that in a good way too. Dr Eric did a fine adjustment today. So first time so good so far. I will try to make it back this wk again for a check up! I feel pretty good. Today years later.. I'm in again and got Dr Tyler. We have been here a few times but at nite so no adj wah wah wah. They remodeled since I've been here last too. Nice! Dr Tyler was awesome. I love coming here always. It's a scam. I went here for about 2 months. I was in terrible pain the first appointment and they wouldn't adjust me.. made me wait till my next appointment 5 days later. The adjustments did not help. I was even feeling worse at one point and the doctors kept saying "oh yeah it's normal to feel worse at first" - with no real legitimate explanation. I did eventually feel a little better but I don't think it was because of their adjustments. I found the doctors either condescending or creepy. When I asked one of the drs if he recommends any exercises to strengthen my back, maybe something that isn't as intense as what I normally do which is deadlifts, since my back is still recovering, he said "You do deadlifts?" and literally laughed in my face. (I'm a young woman.) That was the last straw. I feel like these people actually do take themselves seriously and believe they're helping. So maybe some clients sense that and believe in them. I am sure the founders of this practice mean well, but it didn't work for me. I was hesitant to join after an exam that they do on you that shows many colors indicating how your spine is, etc. I asked a few friends who are doctors, and they were not a fan, as it seemed gimmicky. Well, I ended up joining, and blah! Total waste of money and time. I would go to the appointment, and they spent literally 5 minutes. They use the tool on a few spots, and that's it. My back pain never improved. I decided to terminate my membership, and they wanted me to do it in person. I'm old enough to know that's a marketing trick. I told them I would not waste another second of my time in that office, and they finally canceled it. Look, if you have a deep pain like I had, this place is not for you. The overall experience after almost 2 years is that the pain is gone and I keep coming as part of part of continuing to support my physical body. This review is ONLY for the family block party that was recently held. The message that I received stated that this was a "free" family event but when we got their I quickly learned that the only "free" things were the 2 bouncy house activities and the rock climbing. My kids wanted to play the dunk tank booth but that was $, food was $ , ice cream was $. Their were a couple of booths that gave away free items to the kids but that was it. The message that was sent out by the office itself was very misleading, also the layout of the whole event was way to cramped. Their was not much guidance as to where to go and that you had to sign in so that your children received a wristband for the 3 activities, I saw a lot of people with gray company t-shirts on but they were too busy walking around and taking group pictures instead of helping with crowd control and where to go for sign in. Also, their was a group of young teens that I guess were "helping" out at the larger bounce house but they were fooling around more then anything, and no one was watching them. My suggestions for the next events would be better vendor spread out, let your guests know that food is available for purchase, have adults manning the bounce houses, make your sign in station somewhere where all the guests will spot right away. Also, I want to add that the gentleman that was running the rock wall activity was very nice and interacted with the kids. I have to say that's the only positive thing I could say about the event. I love how Innate runs their business. They are organized, have easy ways for booking, the staff is friendly, all of the chiropractors there are friendly and attentive. They also play a really big role in the community- including doing a huge Christmas gift charity for kids in need in Newburgh. I have enjoyed my experience there. The one note I will make is that they do not do your typical expected adjustments where they are cracking you all over the place. Their adjustments are targeted and they use a device (cannot recall the name) that is supposed to work through targeted, less aggressive adjustments. At first I wasn't sure how that would work but I'll admit that after about 4 months I feel much better and have much improved range of motion in my neck and less pain in my neck and mid back. I do miss a good ol crack sometimes- once in a while I'll visit someone that does that kind of adjustment. read more

Never again.... Their main concern is not your health but to turn you into a word of mouth marketing agent. I had an appointment today at 10:15, they open at 10:00. I arrive at 10:05, very politely and professionally greeted. Was given the paperwork to fill out, they took copies of my DL and Insurance card. I returned the completed paperwork and again sat down. On the paperwork on the 1st page and the 1st question after your name was injury/reason you are there and scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) pain you are in. I stated neck and 9. I get greeted again and was being in the process and I mean process of being taking back to the exam room. On your initial visit they are more concerned about informing you on their services tan taking care of why you are there. Additionally after being informed what is available to me, they continue on their sales pitch of their other services, even if though they are services I cannot or will not use. They are trying to get you to be their rah rah cheerleader and drum up word of mouth marketing. With my pain standing is the worse position I can be in. The lady (very pleasant, yet no concern for my pain) continues to tell me about their services for pregnant women, yet I am not a women. She then states, I see you in a lot of pain. I comment yes I am, why you wasting time and telling me about pregnant women? Her reply, well you may know someone you can recommend. She then continues about their services for children (yet I have none, as stated on the paperwork I turned in). Continuing I know you in pain but... I stop her and state I have no kids, she replies... you may know someone. Again continuing with her sales pitch. I state sorry, this place is not for me, I'm not here for sales and have to go. I was just in so much pain I could not take it anymore. Two hours later the Dr. (very friendly and apologetic) called to try to get me back. I stated no way. He continued to try and persuade me, I stated its just no happening, and to have a good day. read more

Over 30 years ago, I fell off a tractor trailer cab face down on to the fifth wheel ( the metal plate that the trailer connects to the tractor). I was miss diagnosed of the severity of my injuries by the emergency hospital. Was sent back to work after 10 weeks. In the preceding months, I suffered three more consecutive injuries due to my unknown injuries. I lost my dedicated profession as an ASE Certified Diesel Technician. Some ten years later by a shear miracle, on a Friday late afternoon and trough an emergency ( I was found to be suffering from A FIB), I came under the professional and dedicated care of a very dedicated cardiologist professor at NYC Cornell Medical Center. Now it is 7PM on a Friday evening, this professor himself with his dedication took my EKG etc. and after further examination, he took some very intricate X rays that exposed the extreme injuries from that faithful fall and found that I had broken 3 ribs by the spine from which I have been suffering all these years. After few more visits and more testing, his honest and truthful diagnoses was, " this is an old injury, your ribs have healed in the broken position. The good news is, none of your nerves are being pinched at the spinal cord. This is a sleeping dog, let it lie. We keep monitoring it, if you experience any sever pain, come in right away and then we would have no choice but to intervene. " I will not operate on a patient unless I can achieve 90 plus percent recovery" No doctor was able to alleviate my constant pain all these years, and still suffer from A FIB. You should see my X rays and MRI's from my neck to my lower spine. Two years ago, I was introduced to Dr. Erik Bower, (I had been petrified from the then chiropractors) and was very negative when I first met Dr. Eric. He truthfully persuaded me that my body can heal itself " If you can make the effort and come in once a week for the next 6 to 8 months, we can make great improvements". Little did he know then that I lived and still do 140 miles away. I tried and I tell you I tried to be there once a week, so many times I drove all that way and for some reason or another I find the place closed (no fault of their own). I would say a prayer and drive back, never did I got mad because of this. I new I tried and that made me feel good driving back. I have been driving all these miles for these past 2 years and I tell you it has been worth it every mile for the very few minutes to get adjusted. I will be lying if I tell you that all my pain is gone , far from it. But I can truthfully tell you that my movement has since improve by 70%. Under extreme odds, I cannot express here the extreme effort, dedication and support I have received directly from Dr. Eric Bower his professional courteous staff, not only in treating me but also with their personal support towards me and my grand daughter. Dr. Eric Bower and staff, in my grand daughter's behalf and myself I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Dr. Eric, I made you a promise that I still have to fullfill......still trying. And you out there, make the effort, this treatment takes time, does not happen overnight. No one looses weight in a week. At first, my experience with Innate went well considering the information provided within my consultation and doctors report. However, towards the end I felt like the doctor was pressuring me to be treated. He spoke fast and seemed to be rushing me into making a decision about treatment. He reassured me with the promise of proper care and based this off of my results that needed attention immediately. My issue was the short amount of time to accept care. Right after the report, I wasn't given an opportunity to properly review everything.
