The instructions are pretty clear, you put your license upside down in the tray, it's scanned. Your information is displayed on the screen and you make sure that it's correct and then proceed to take a seat. Depending on how crowded it is, it might take a while before your turn comes. The phlebotomist calls your name, and directs you to one of two stations. Your ID is verified before they do anything. The entire procedure takes about two minutes and you're out of there .

An absolute animal with zero customer service skills. I'm done with these people. No one WANTS to be at a lab. It's a necessity. Certainly no one wants their blood drawn by someone indistinguishable from a felon. Avoid QUEST, especially the Newburgh office, at all costs. There's a LabCorp almost around the corner. They then tried calling my doctors office and claimed it was busy but when I called I reached someone immediately meaning the phone lines at this location just straight up don't work. I had to call on THEIR behalf to talk to my doctor who was unavailable and then they told me that they cannot keep my sample and told me to go home and come back with the codes another day while keeping a sensitive lab sample "sitting around" for 2-3 days??? It literally says 24 hours on your bag! Ridiculous. And don't even try calling here. You will never reach anyone, they block all outside calls and there's no reception. You just sign into a stupid ipad and hope the person who calls you is competent. On top of this, don't bother coming in without an appointment. They accept walkins, but you will be waiting a while.

I've used competitors with my past health insurance plans and I have to say my experience with Labcorp has always been absolutely stellar!! Phlebotomist are always great, you barely feel a thing when they collect a sample of blood. Due to pandemic Labcorp does what many other clinics do and have you check in from the comfort of your car using your smartphone. The process is great and shortly after checking in I got the alert to enter the lab. I was taken in promptly and out the door in literally like 5 mins. Pre-pandemic you would check-in at a small kiosk located near reception but for pandemic times the process is contactless.

Around 7:35 am a nurse comes walking in carrying her coffee & a bag. I said, "I thought you opened at 7:00 am?". Her reply, "We do, but I ran out to get my lunch." Go figure! Additionally, she unlocked the door and I signed into machine using my drivers license. A few minutes later, another patient arrives - someone elderly and frustrated using sign-in machine. Nurse kept just saying, "You're doing it wrong!". So I got up from waiting area to help her sign-in. Then two more patients arrive and sign-in. The nurse then proceeds to do all their paperwork. Its now almost 8:00 am. I know, not that long however I made this appointment early to get to work on time!! Finally get called into Room #1 at 7:58 AM. Again, not that long of time however, still later than expected. Nurse comes into the room to draw the blood. I asked for a Butterfly needle - she physically huffed and said, "I don't know if I have those needles as I just placed an order" and said she would have to go check the other rooms for a butterfly needle. She finally comes back and we start the process to draw blood only for her to complain that there are 10 vials to draw - I just kept quiet as she was drawing the blood! I finally got to work at 8:20 am and I'm located less than 1 mile from this location. Bad attitude. Late. Treated elderly woman poorly. Bad experience all the way around = never again!!

It's now been 47 minutes!!!!! There is a screen that displays your name (abbreviated) and your wait time, it went down to 7 minutes, I was the second in line and I'm back to being 4th in line with an additional 15 min wait. This is a JOKE! I understand that people with appointments have priority over walk-ins but maybe have nurses work with either in order to get walk-ins moving too. I won't return!

They set up an appointment with Ellie Nam, who I thought was a doctor and later find out she was a physician assistant. The day of the appointment she looked at me and told me she could not treat me, she said I had Milia and she could not do anything to treat it, I should see an esthetician. About 3 months later I received a statement from my insurance company with a charge of $300.00 for services that were not provided, under the name of a doctor that I did not see. Why would a doctor assistant charge for $300.00 for services that were not provided? I google Milia and different websites recommend patients to see a dermatologist!
