I forgot to get her name but she was working on December 6th at 1:30. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She did the best blood draw I've probably ever had. Her slight of hand resulted in 0 pain or discomfort. If I ever need blood drawn again for any reason I will be returning to this location. read more

Arrive for blood draw Kingston office. I had appt ,confirmed by email, for 11:10 AM . Arrived 11:05 and waited while patients in waiting room entered for testing and patients arriving 15 -20 minutes after me were taken . After waiting 50 minutes questioned as to when I would be taken because had another appt. Answer; they could not give me a time because others on list. I left and was forced to cancel Dr. appointment because blood needed to be taken that day. read more

Dealt with a very rude woman named Nina today who literally kicked me out of the office in a dramatic scene for mentioning I was in NYC as my reason for coming to get a Covid test. I was treated like a literal pariah. Not only were others in the waiting area witnessing the pure rudeness and dramatics, but I was punished for wanting to be safe and be tested. She might as well have picked me up by the collar of my shirt and thrown me outside. She was hasty, escorted me out with a raised voice as if I'd done something wrong. Terrible place. read more

They lost my blood sample and never told me. Tried to contact them many times, but they always told me my info was wrong (DOS, DOB, location, DR, etc). Horrible customer service. Over an hour on hold, then they hung up. read more

Not Quest's finest! The young woman who actually drew my blood was lovely, kind and professional. That's about it. The woman "in charge" or acting as such was nasty and short tempered. The facility itself did not look clean or cared for (the hand sanitizer was out of order!). Next time, I'll go to New Paltz! read more

This was the best visit ever! I was there for approximately 3 minutes. I was greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist type person and then, 3 minutes later I was in the back paying and getting my blood taken. Somebody was named Dana. Both of them were really good! This was at 8 a.m. on a Wednesday. I hope Quest reads the reviews and gives these two something special. read more

Wow! EVERYTHING was seamless... from booking (then changing) appointment to check in to waiting room (spotless) to the greeter/guide (gracious) to the phlebotomist (incredible! Didn't feel a thing!). I am SO impressed. Thank you and...well done Quest. read more

Today the phlebotomist was able draw blood on the first stick AND she used a heat pack, as I suggested!
