It's now been 47 minutes!!!!! There is a screen that displays your name (abbreviated) and your wait time, it went down to 7 minutes, I was the second in line and I'm back to being 4th in line with an additional 15 min wait. This is a JOKE! I understand that people with appointments have priority over walk-ins but maybe have nurses work with either in order to get walk-ins moving too. I won't return!

The instructions are pretty clear, you put your license upside down in the tray, it's scanned. Your information is displayed on the screen and you make sure that it's correct and then proceed to take a seat. Depending on how crowded it is, it might take a while before your turn comes. The phlebotomist calls your name, and directs you to one of two stations. Your ID is verified before they do anything. The entire procedure takes about two minutes and you're out of there .

Labcorp for the win!…read more Which major diagnostic vendor you use (labcorp, quest, etc) unfortunately is likely dependent on what your medical insurance covers. I've used competitors with my past health insurance plans and I have to say my experience with Labcorp has always been absolutely stellar!! Phlebotomist are always great, you barely feel a thing when they collect a sample of blood. Due to pandemic Labcorp does what many other clinics do and have you check in from the comfort of your car using your smartphone. The process is great and shortly after checking in I got the alert to enter the lab. I was taken in promptly and out the door in literally like 5 mins. Pre-pandemic you would check-in at a small kiosk located near reception but for pandemic times the process is contactless.
