In October of 2023, the doctor asked that two procedures be set up for my mother. The woman he spoke to looked annoyed and ROLLED her eyes. Yes, right in front of me she rolled her eyes. Needless to say, the procedure was not set up, no phone calls were made. Our follow up appointment was coming up to review the non-existent procedure, so I just cancelled the appointment. WORST medical practice I've ever been to. I was a patient there for several years, dealing with…read morethe worst illness of my entire life. I needed a compassionate, available, forward thinking responsible practice. What I got was the complete opposite, time after time. I was understanding, polite, patient, and gave them several chances to correct their incompetence and careless mistakes. Their nursing staff and front desk reception are irresponsible, curt, lazy, surly, and extremely rude. They all seem to have huge egos and chips on their shoulders, with no provocation whatsoever. If you're someone who's patient, courteous, or polite, they'll see it as a weakness and they'll completely walk all over you... And when that doesn't upset you, they'll resort to bullying you and verbally abusing you. They're there to get paid while doing little to compensate for it. They could honestly care less about you. They clearly hate their jobs (and themselves) judging by the way that they treat loyal, patient, long-term patients. Their nurses are verbally totally abusive, rude, and incompetent. They'd committed malpractice on me last year, by putting me on a conflicting drug that caused an extremely damaging reaction. They ignored my patient portal messages prior to prescribing the drug, asking them if there were any contraindications with my other medications, resulting in the fact that since then, I haven't been able to fully walk since. When I (finally) confronted them after years of their inefficient conduct , they (of course) denied any accountability. I'm currently speaking to a malpractice attorney to inquire about suing them. Their practice manager, Gina Brown is incredibly lazy, insipid, rude, and she's completely irresponsible and incompetent. She takes ZERO accountability for her practice's (numerous) blunders and mistakes. She'll throw other doctors at the practice under the bus to save her own skin. Like the others, she could care less about the patients in their practice. She should be quietly pushing a broom at McDonalds, not interfacing with the public or working for a medical practice who calls themselves "the best medical practice in the Hudson Valley." That's a lie... They're anything but. NUMEROUS other patient reviews will also tell you what they're really about. You can also tell how blatantly egotistical they are by the way that they respond to former patients who've (also) had several negative experiences of them. Read how they respond to their rudeness and outright neglect. They'll bully and insult you by lying about repeated incidents and they'll invariably attempt to humiliate you! Read their responses to other (former) patient reviews. Their former patient reviews are absolutely scathing - and for good reason. They'll get their karma. Clearly, they already are, judging by what others believe. Their review responses are irresponsible, neglectful, condescending, inaccurate (they'll resort to outright denying and lying about your experience with them). That's how horrible these people are. These people take no accountability for their reckless mistakes, they have zero compassion, zero professionalism, and a horrible bedside manner. Avoid!!!

On discussing the treatment with a friend who is an infectious disease expert we discovered a major disparity between the dosage of the medication being administered and the correct standard dosage. The amount being administered was so small that it was of zero therapeutic value. worse it could create resistant bugs like MRSA. I found this out at night I confirmed it three times with the nurse before calling Dr. Feinstein at his home as I was told to do. Dr. Feinstein reacted with anger that I was calling him at home. He was defensive about the questions I asked but then went and abruptly changed the medication by directive to the nurse, without the slightest acknowlegement of his error. Because the new medication and dosage were appropriate according to the friend that I checked with, we decided to drop the matter. after that but Feinstein refused to continue treating my dad and another doctor named dr sohi took over. My dad had improvements after that, but had spent an entire week in pain there with no improvement getting very subpar medical treatment with a subclinical dose of vancomycin on this guy's watch. When we requested my dads medical records, key facts were changed - apparently in anticipation of litigation. This guy is not to be trusted. I do recommend Dr Sohi who took over after Feinstein refused to continue treating my dad.

Refills are not called in until after hours, making a second trip to town frustrating, especially when your refills are not called in as stated. My last doctor did my refills immediately. Also the office has plug in air fresheners in every outlet. Place reeks! Even with a mask the smell is overwhelming. Very bad for those with asthma or pulmonary conditions. The doctor is so overbooked the wait has become at least an hour in the waiting room then more time in the little room, trapped with the dreaded air freshener.

She's a super pro and absolutely awesome and had great bedside manners but was also super knowledgeable and helpful navigating this unknown, suspected toe sprain adventure. Walked in with confused and not knowing what in the world is going on and walked right out with a foot brace to wear for a whole month. Pretty crazy but very happy to be in the hands of a professional like her! There's nothing worse than landing the wrong Dr or therapist or just feeling unheard during your visit. She was the whole opposite of that and also the staff here working with her are so so kind. If you're looking for a reliable and helpful podiatrist, she's your girl.
