Came here once and left because of the wait. This is my second time here. Both times I came as a…read morewalk in. When I signed in I was informed my wait was going to be 15 minutes. It's now been 47 minutes!!!!! There is a screen that displays your name (abbreviated) and your wait time, it went down to 7 minutes, I was the second in line and I'm back to being 4th in line with an additional 15 min wait. This is a JOKE! I understand that people with appointments have priority over walk-ins but maybe have nurses work with either in order to get walk-ins moving too. I won't return!

If I am able to use a reference that best describes the experience then I would go with "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde". The personality shifted from pleasant, personable and knowledgeable to an irritable, harried and careless disposition with the appearance of the carelessness closely seeming intentional. Ill just say I've never felt a blood draw have such an intense burn upon initial insertion where it felt like lit match sticks were being turned out on my skin and when I looked at the area I happened to notice that the unfamiliar large bore size used sliced into my skin from right to left by a few millimeters but enough to feel like a developing wound. When I naturally expressed the pain response, it was replied with an annoyed "You are, good!" No other explanation given. That was all the verbal communication that was given from the entire duration in regards to procedure. I don't think ill be coming back here if they aren't changing out Sybill.

Every step; from check-in through check-out and double checking your identity, even if they just saw you minutes earlier. Explaining the do's and don'ts before the procedure. The day of the procedure; what will happen, how long it takes, answering any questions, and putting them at ease. This is helpful if a client hasn't had any previous experience. Your not treated like another chunk of meat. The place is very clean.

My doctor is decent, but it is the surrounding elements that are difficult to overlook. I have had problems with more than one department.
