They take their time, they don't judge, no matter how bad my nails look.... They are great when it comes to fixing the broken toe nails and ingrown. Today I came in after not getting my nails done in a few months... I have to admit I don't know how to trim the toe nails properly and they end up awful. Today I was able to come in and get both a mani and pedi. I did the gel on my hands, Mr. Tommy did an inspo design and then regular citrus pedi with regular polish. I am in love with the whole experience and finished look. I feel renewed and so very happy. My nails came out horrible. Regardless of the inspiration picture being out and available the entire time of the appointment. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.
