I asked before starting if gel was 15 extra he said yes I repeated it again he said yes then charged me $20. My 3 year old got regular polish which I asked how much she said $10 then I was rung up for gel for $20.??? Even tho she didn't get gel. Honestly don't recommend going if you don't know anyone who goes there so you can get your moneys worth as well if you don't want to get charged for crazy things.

Six of us got pedicures and manicures. I loved how spacious and clean the salon felt. The chairs were comfortable and they brought us wine. :) We were able to bring in pizza to enjoy since we were there during lunch time. We appreciated that! They even set up a table for us. We were very pleased with the results of our treatments. They also have other treatments available such as massages and facials. They said yes, I was directed to a woman with glasses. She started on the nails and when she was applying the acrylic, it was not evenly placed. It was not all the way to the cuticle or at the sides on my nail. They were also bulky, I expressed that was bulky and she advised when she used the drill, it would be fixed. She then starts on the French tip and is too thick, almost to the middle of the nail. I told her it was too thick and again showed her the reference picture. She said she wouldn't be able to do that because then it would show the line where the fake nail meets my real nail. She then had to paint my nail pink to hide the line but kept making it too thick and nothing like the reference picture. At that point, I tell her I don't like it and I would like to soak everything off. The owner comes over and tries to fix the French tip but I explain how the overall application of the nail looks terrible. I told him I will still pay but I want everything soaked off, he continues to say he can fix it and that it looks just like my picture. They refused to soak my nails and he responded " you can leave". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon and I will never return here. If they were unable to do the style of nail I requested, they could've just said so.

I was referred to Lindsey by the person in the inspiration photo to the left I shared, meaning the work shown was hers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good My inspiration photo was the image on the left, and the finished result was completely different. I paid $85, which I had no issue with at all price was not the problem. The problem was that the final product was not what I asked for. I clearly communicated my expectations during the entire appointment, and while I was told "okay, I'll do it for you," the finished result did not match what was agreed upon. What frustrates me most about nail salons is being told something "looks the same" when it clearly does not. I explained to the nail tech that the shape was off and the overall result did not match the inspiration. She initially agreed to fix it, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost an additional $65. At that point, I was extremely upset. I had already driven 25 minutes, paid full price, and basically had to accept the situation. No customer service at all or the accountability. I've been in the beauty industry and I understand respecting time, but if you know it wasn't done right at least try to rectify.
