She did an amazing job! She is so friendly, and asked so many questions so she could make sure to do exactly what I wanted. Searching for a salon that used vegan and cruelty free products I came upon this place and it was conveniently located so I thought I'd give it a try. I made an appointment online. It was easy and later learned they have an app, but I didn't use it. They texted a reminder, gave me a $10 off product which I didn't use but I could have. The cut was reasonably priced, which is another plus with some salons asking ridiculous amounts of money for just a simple haircut which was all I was after. Worst haircut of my entire 61 years. Angela does not listen to anything you say. After seeing her three times and telling her each time NOT TOO SHORT, because she LOVES TO CHOP OFF LENGTH. I demonstrated 1/2 inch of hair I wanted cut off, at least hit the shoulders and remember ANGELA I HAVE CURLY HAIR! I told her when she started it LOOKS TOO SHORT!. She said " it's not short". I NOW HAVE A CHIN LENGTH BOB that is completely layered and super thinned out and fine. No one asked for LAYERS ALL OVER MY HEAD!! I now have two long money pieces to cover up the fact that she chopped it all off and the rest is SHORT SHORT SHORT and I have curly hair so I basically have a frizzy thin 1990's afro. I spent years growing our my hair with careful trims and she chopped it into a fuzzy over layered frizz ball. I can't stop crying and look ridiculoous. read more

Everything that could go wrong has... This situation has definitely cost me more than I could have imagined yesterday morning. It has definitely cost your company my business, my family and friends business as well as anyone I speak to in or around town, my job or on vacation for many years to come. I had beautiful natural hair that has not been dyed in over 15 years, that went down to my butt and Im 6ft tall if that gives you an idea. I expressed how I was nervous about dying it and it needed to look natural because I start a new job on Monday. Holly my stylist reassured me it would be fine... I brought a photo of what I wanted and booked a partial balayage, treatment,cut and blow out package for $119.00 online. I asked that just my face be framed with the a natural sun touched look and long layers that framed my face and to add volume. I spent 3 hours in her chair. She chopped my hair up like a child, leaving me with what looked like 2 separate hair cuts and slicing her whole palm open while cutting my hair. All I asked for was long layers to add volume and frame my face. She framed my face and left it at that. Now at 7:30pm(appt time 4pm) Her next appointment comes in and she says "well I wouldn't do long layers because your hair is to thin" and left me looking like that.. She then asked me to return on the next day that was convenient for her(next Tuesday)to fix the blond streaks in my hair because they are super brassy and yellow and she wasn't happy with them.. I was in such major shock and dismay that I paid the woman and left. Yes, I even tipped her because I work in the service industry and I felt bad she spent 3 hours on my head. My total came to $159.00 not the $119.00 I had booked for.. She said she added $15 for what was my long hair(understandable) then she had to charge me for toner ?, even though she obviously didn't use it properly. I am just totally and completely discussed. I went home and finished cutting my own hair and today my dumb ass is going to buy a box of dark hair dye to hopefully just cover this hack job up because again I have to start a new job tomorrow and do not trust that lady or anyone in your shops to touch my head ever again. I would love a refund or at least the extra $40 back for toner but I doubt that happens... I do ask that someone speak to Holly and possibly offer her additional training as she most certainly did highlights and not a partial balayage that framed my face. At one point I had 8 foils on and they ran the length of my head, I ended up with streaky very defined lines of yellow and orange all over my head (feels like Im back in highschool, 1999 styles), when I just wanted a few pieces around my face to have product brushed on to look natural. Its so sad really... If a client asks for something and you know you do not know how to do it or think for one second that you may mess it up, ask for help, ask another employee who has a clue to do the job instead of being so damn money hungry. This is going to take me years to grow back out. She ruined my hair and my faith in your company, no doubt about it. read more

She took her time and was very attentive to giving me the best cut and making sure I was pleased. My cut is excellent and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely be a return client. Got a haircut from Annett. I told her multiple times before and while she was cutting my hair that I part it down the side. She cut my hair as if I part it down the middle, so when I DID part my hair at the end now there's just a ton of ridiculously short hair on one side of my head. I came in with very long hair and asked her to cut off only the dead ends. Not only do I still feel the dead ends in some areas, but my hair is SO short in the front from how much she cut off that now I can't even put my hair behind my ears. All of it is extremely uneven. I have never been so unhappy with a hair cut. She was nice, and I put my trust in her and the way she cuts hair, and was disappointed in the end. I wish I hadn't paid for something that's making me so upset. read more

Well they just lost a customer . After 10-15 minutes waiting not one of the 4 hairdressers even acknowledged me. They were chatting away. But as someone that works in service industry the very least you do is welcome your customer . Probably had a dozen haircuts at this place. Always tip well. So sorry won't be coming back.
